They damaged my truck and told me to kick rocks. Absolutely livid from my experience at this car wash. Bought a new Ram 1500 and took it through this car wash. I've never been through an express car wash like this before and after they explained everything I asked if I needed to do anything and they said no. When pulling up the attendant used her hand to eyeball the distance between my mirrors and I guess the wash and left my mirrors out. In the car wash both sides mirrors got flipped in and covered in deep scratches on the outside. Obviously I was a bit upset my brand new truck just had damage done to it so I go inside and make an incident report which they require. I was kind and respectful and not at all rude to staff as I understand accidents happen and figured they would make it right after I fill out the report. I get a call 3 days later saying they "reviewed footage" and saw no damage along the side of my truck before or after. I responded the damage was on my side mirrors which were whacked in during the wash. She replied that's on me since they have signage about side mirrors and it's my fault for not flipping them in. I saw no visible signage there, you can look through their photos and see if you see any as I don't. Besides that I asked the team if there is anything I needed to do as well as the attendant eyeballing my mirrors when I came up. I would give 0 stars if I could. They leave me literally zero options other than small claims which I'm sure would be nearly impossible to prove anything even if I did have their "footage" they claim exists. Absolutely criminal customer service and shame on management and ownership for not owning up to their mistakes and giving me the run around on fixing my first nice vehicle I've ever bought for myself.EDIT: Don't go here people. Just look at other reviews, especially recently. Plenty of examples of them damaging vehicles, many much more egregious than mine, every time they refuse to admit fault. Don't trust your vehicles with this business, they don't know what they're doing and they won't make it right.

We all know the car washes have a small footprint, but that particular car wash is dangerously small with obvious damage all over the place on the building and grounds. I can only imagine the condition of all the cars. the staff Was as bad as they could be without being blatantly rude. None of my four cars all of which have the highest level will ever go through that car wash.

It's a popular spot. I wish they had more space because they are crammed in. Even though I have the cheapest package, it is still a little disheartening that it won't rinse well on one side. You get what you pay for I guess. Having said that, when I need to get the sap off my car, it is the closest to my home. Also the customer service has always been on point. It isn't their fault with the issues with the wash bay itself. I would still say for the price and location, it is worth it. And if you are a coffee junkie, there's a Starbucks next door.

Their car wash machine is not washing the back door of my truck. It used to do it properly, but on my last two trips there it hasn't properly washed it.

I WANT to like this one because it's closest to my house but the vacuumes NEVER work at this location. And that is part of the car washing experience. The past 6 times I've come here, no vacuumes or very poor suction.

One of the most annoying flying ace locations. Vacuums are half blocked by the Starbucks line. And today they weren't even working. The included vacuums are at least half the reason I use flying ace. They should've let me know before I paid for a wash.

Love this car wash. I'm here daily. The staff is very attentive, I would like to know of I am really getting the best wash I'm paying for. Seems like not all the bells and whistles inside are moving or spraying. Am I getting what I paid for? Besides this concern great wash.

If I could only rate the staff I interacted with, I'd give this facility a 5/5! They were very kind and went above and beyond during my payment transaction and getting my vehicle settled in the wash.My issue with this location is that there simply aren't enough vacuum spots AND the row of vacuums is precariously wedged so that it is difficult to navigate in and out of spots amidst the Starbucks line next door. I received great service here but am hesitant to return because even when I went today, the middle of the day on a weekday which one might think is a slow time for a car wash, there wasn't enough room to vacuum and it was very difficult to get out of the vacuum spots.

Been going here for years with no problems. Last week the wash broke off my brake light and they try to say it had to have been previous damage or wear and tear so they will not compensate for the damages. After looking here it seems there have been plenty of other people that have had their vehicles damaged the past couple months. Maybe time for maintenance. Do NOT go here.

A large variety of car wash stations and very convenient with the unlimited wash option. The only downside is that you don't always get the wash you paid for, several times the soap might be empty if busy and the underside wash has been missed also more than once.

Because you cannot exit if you do not want to or Cannot wait any longer this car wash gets 1 star.For emergency purposes this is a horrid design if anyone had need for ambulance there would be literally no way in to them. The other location close to here(airway rd) had a fire inside. Buy a larger lot and have adequate access in and out cheap business practices. The wash itself is sub par it never gets the middle of my front end. Plus it’s not touchless which I don’t need scratches. One bay open all the premium people get to go ahead while you sit and wait and wait until they potentially stop coming. And I’m stuck in the line still. Crazy bad business I will never come again and make sure to spread the word if you aren’t a club member don’t even try to come it’s worthless. I could lick the car clean by the time I wait on all the premium people whos dollars are better than mine. And the card reader is malfunctioning 3/15/23 1:30pm

“Our equipment doesn’t scratch paint… blah blah blah” yeah, yeah it does.The only reason I use this car wash now is because I bought a much older cheaper car where I’m not worried as much about damage and it saves me time from hand washing.I detailed my vehicle when I bought it, including a polisher to correct all of the small issues there were. Since using this car wash I have FAR more scratches than ever before. I refuse to take my wife’s new vehicle here. If you care about your vehicle HAND WASH IT or TOUCHLESS WASH!Service: Vacuuming

Been a customer for 2-3 years now and have had the unlimited for a while now..it’s nice to have in the winter for sure but the recent price increase and the long lines make it not worth it. But if you look around, it’s cheaper than arguably the best car wash in Dayton - mikes car wash..affordable is what keeps me coming back

Until last week my experiences with Flying Ace have been great! For a couple years, I have had 2 cars with monthly subscriptions, and I just purchased a 3rd subscription for my truck. The first (and only) run through, the tire shine machine caught on the driver side running board and ended up shearing the running board off the vehicle. Due to all experiences leading up until last week being positive, I didn’t even request a refund or cancel the truck’s subscription.However, the home office called back today denying any liability, blaming me for having the running boards out (because I am a car wash expert apparently and should know to retract my running boards?!). The truck has 3 options – off, auto, or out, and I had it in out mode which puts out the running boards when the vehicle is stopped. This is my fault apparently because the running boards came out automatically when I came to a complete stop and put the vehicle in neutral. You’d think employees know what to look for? I also had to quickly park and run back in the tunnel to fetch my running board as it was on the track getting run over by other vehicles. The employees had no idea what was going on. I am glad only 1 side broke, but perhaps the car wash is out of adjustment, or the drive side tire shine machine was jammed. Seems logical that if both sides were getting the same tire shine treatment that I should have been jammed on both left and right sides…If you have an Expedition, Navigator, or other vehicle with automatic running boards, be sure to retract them or you will also be out $3k out of your own pocket to repair them!I will take some pleasure in canceling the $36 x3 subscriptions.

If you have a truck you basically have to back up to get in there and it's the only one of your car washes that knocks the passenger side mirror in on my truck. The truck behind me I also noticed got his mirror knocked in and you really need to go through two or three times to get it clean and the lines are really long a lot of times
