Whoever the chick with black hair and a piney tail, there’s a way you talk to customers and to make someone feel like a low human cuz you might not have the right size. My husband was looking for Jordan’s and some other shoes he PLANNED on buying but instead she’s rude and demeans him. He’s a blue collar guy so for him to go in and try to get himself something nice and your workers all 3 chick with a bob chick with a pony tail and dude make him feel like his business wasn’t the type of business footlocker wants. If you don’t look the part I guess don’t shop there so he went to journeys and bought 2 pairs of shoes then a hat so instead of blowing 200+at footlocker went somewhere else and won’t be back

I live 45 minutes away from this place my child wants a specific shoe I called to ask if they can just tell me if they have it in stock and they hung up on me she need to get out of that line of business if they don't want to help people because now I'm not driving all the way up there if they don't have the freaking shoe she was rude I'll never do business with them

I'm not impressed with the younger employees. They are more interested in standing around talking than helping the customers. As far as the shoes, they have nice stuff ! I'm not spending my money at a store I'm not getting good service, so I went to Champs and got great service and everything I came for at their store. EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM ERIC AT CHAMPS ! This was at the Fairfield Commons !

Lack of customer service from staff at this location. This was my second time coming to this store in a couple of weeks. There were three Staff members talking to each other for a few minutes There was one young lady looking at her phone before closing. For almost 20 mins, they ignored my granddaughter and me, a man looking at items and a family came in for a quick look. I definitely won't return to this location. I actually saw a pair of shoes I wanted to purchase.
