I'm not impressed with the younger employees. They are more interested in standing around talking than helping the customers. As far as the shoes, they have nice stuff ! I'm not spending my money at a store I'm not getting good service, so I went to Champs and got great service and everything I came for at their store. EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM ERIC AT CHAMPS ! This was at the Fairfield Commons !

Lack of customer service from staff at this location. This was my second time coming to this store in a couple of weeks. There were three Staff members talking to each other for a few minutes There was one young lady looking at her phone before closing. For almost 20 mins, they ignored my granddaughter and me, a man looking at items and a family came in for a quick look. I definitely won't return to this location. I actually saw a pair of shoes I wanted to purchase.

Of course you don't always find what you want at a shoe store unless you go to the actual store for the maker like in Outlet. But the smallest stores like the Foot Locker they have a nice selection and the people are nice and always willing to help
