Oil change was great. The pickup and drop off service I really love. But now I have a problem since the vehicle was returned. The AWD warning keeps coming on. This was not present before the vehicle was serviced.

expensive even for a dealer. only had coffee as I waited for my vehicle to get done. didn't even have complimentary breakfast or snack and if you wanted a water or a soda you had to pay for it in their machine.

A solid five-star visit. The work was performed while I waited. I was kept informed of the progress in a timely manner. My schedule was tight, and they got me on my way in a timely manner with concern for my needs. My hats off to a dedicated team of professionals.

It would have been better if the door seal were fixed on the first visit.

Germain Ford of Beavercreek had the service performed and my vehicle ready for pickup even sooner than promised. When your Ford needs service I highly recommend you schedule and have it done there.

Germain Ford Service department in Beavercreek was fantastic again in doing service on my vehicle. The service tech provided a quick video of the truck and highlighted areas of concern. The service advisors had great communication during the entire process, Kelly and the rest of the team are great at what they do. I will be back for the next service. Thank you to the service department team.

Once again, I received incredible service at Germain Ford. My first opportunity to work with them was through Quick Lane. That was a Stellar performance. It showed off their ability to utilize advanced methodology and technology to their customers benefit. It was friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.
This time, I needed parts and services from their shop team. I am completely satisfied and walked away happy again!
Another home-run from Kelly and his team at Germain Ford Service Center!
Go Team!

I am extremely disappointed with Germain Ford. I took my 2016 Shelby GT350 to them for what was initially a very minor oil pan gasket leak. Not only were they unable to resolve the issue for nearly a month, but their mishandling potentially caused engine damage.
Details:
July 23: Dropped off the car.
July 24: Technician confirmed the oil pan was leaking. During the removal of the pan somehow they broke 3 mounting bolts that they had to extract.
July 31: Picked up the car.
August 2: Returned the car because the oil pan was leaking significantly worse than before, leaving a large puddle on my garage floor.
August 5: Was told the car would be ready the next day.
August 6: Was informed that “after fixing the oil leak, the appropriate oil pressure was restored in the vehicle, which caused the oil pressure sensor to fail, and that is not a covered part on the ESP plan.”
August 8: Was told, “We received the correct oil pressure sensor, but someone had previously replaced the wiring harness with aftermarket parts, so the new sensor does not fit. We’ve ordered the Ford-specified harness and expect it tomorrow.”
However, the engine had been replaced previously by Cronin Ford with a Gen 2 Voodoo engine – something Germain Ford was fully aware of, as I provided all the documentation. The engine did not have any aftermarket parts.
August 11: Requested an update and was told, “We had to order an oil filter adapter.”
This concerned me, as I feared they were attempting to install the outdated 2016-style oil filter design, which had been redesigned in 2017 for safety reasons. I went to the dealership in person and was reassured that this was not the case.
August 12: Asked for another update and was told the car would be ready the following day.
August 13: Was told, “The oil pressure is still not correct. We need to drop the oil pan again to ensure everything is as intended.”
At this point, I was very frustrated and visited in person again because I could not get through by phone. I was told they had run the engine with zero oil pressure for approximately 10 seconds. After everything that had already happened, I no longer trusted anything they said. I asked them to send me a photo of the inside of the oil pan to check for metal shavings.
August 14: Picked up the car. I was told in person that the technician had forgotten to reinstall the O-ring for the oil pickup tube, meaning the engine had been sucking air instead of oil – for an unknown amount of time.
August 15: Had to return the car again. While driving at 70 mph on the highway, the front splitter detached because they had forgotten to reinstall the screws after removing the oil pan.
August 16: Picked up the car. Once home, I put the car on jack stands and personally inspected everything they had worked on. I found the oil level was 1 quart low, and 2 of the 4 screws securing the aftermarket Shelby transmission cooling scoop had been stripped out. The oil pan was still slightly wet – unclear whether from old residue or a new leak (only time will tell). I topped off the oil and took the car for a long drive. So far, I haven’t noticed any further oil loss.
Conclusion:
I would not trust Germain Ford with even the most basic vehicle maintenance. This experience was completely unacceptable and has left me with serious concerns about the condition and long-term reliability of my engine. Avoid this dealership at all costs.
