I took my SUV in for an oil change. The tech did a thorough check of my vehicle and mentioned an issue that existed but not in urgent need of repair. Overall a very satisfying experience.

I had a break dragging sound. Since I have no place to repair it myself nor the physical ability. I took the car to where I had good experience before. The job was done right, and in a timely manner. So if you have a foreign car, this is where I recommend you take it to have your mechanical work done

Excellent service and quality! Had a pre-purchase inspection on a used BMW. It was thorough, including photos. Luckily, the car had no issues. The mechanic took the time to show me the undercarriage, forewarn about future potential problems, answered my questions, topped off the washer fluid, inflated the tires and replaced a battery in the key fob to boot.

I received repairs on wiring and computer damage from mice infestation damage — quite extensive and extensive—fortunately for me insurance coverage paid all but my deductible. Chad worked with me through the whole experience—great service and support.

A lot was going on that day. Literally I was on my way out of town when my wife's Lexus did not start...dead battery. PTL, I was able to get back home, the started and to Foreign Exchange. Chad had a tech waiting, the issues fixed, communicated with me as I drove, and done in time for my wife to pick up that day! Awesome service and much appreciated because my trip was very important and not having a car operating while gone was not an option. Second visit to Foreign Exchange since moving here in January...Second Homerun FE! Awesome customer service

Very seamless process. Staff was very professional and did a full service check up for my Audi. Definitely a bit cheaper than Audi Service, 100% will be taking my car back for any services that need to be done. They go to show that you do not need to work at the specific car dealer such as jaguar, BMW, Audi, etc to be an expert.

Very friendly and professional. I wish they had transportation for customers who don't have another driver with them. I was stuck there for 3 hours as it was to hot to walk anywhere outside. Serviceman was great and my Mercedes is running great. Thank you!
