This is the best Fresh Thyme I've been too.... And I've been to 10 of them. The staff here are incredibly helpful and friendly. The selection is very good most of the time.

I drove 20 mins to get an item that shows in stock on their website only for there not to be any when I get there. I asked an associate to get some and she said they weren’t putting any out tonight. This is terrible customer service. I would have had to pay an extra $4 for to have it ready for pick up. But they have the item. That is ridiculous when the associate could have gotten the item for me. Don’t shop here. These people don’t appreciate business, especially when they over price items.
