When my rental contract expired, Germain offered me a loaner vehicle until mine was completed. Outstanding service. I would highly recommend

Had my car towed here last Wednesday, called Thursday morning & was told they didn’t receive my car. I ensured them that my car had to be somewhere on the lot, they refused to go outside & look. It took 2 days for them to even find my car & I had to call 7 times to ask if they would go outside & look for it. Customer service is awful.

Germain Collision Center in Beavercreek Ohio in repairing my son ‘car. The craftsmanship is outstanding and the respect that was shown is outstanding as well. Mr Josh Fosdick (Body Shop Manager ) walked with my son alway through the repairs process and supported whenever we call to inquire how the repairs are going. Mr Josh Fosdick provided my son a loaner car at no charge to us until our car is ready. He went beyond reproach to help and explained any delays with repairs to my son’s car. In my opinion, Mr Josh Fosdick gets 5 stars out of 5 stars.Respectfully,Jimmy SneadFather’s Son

I was hit by a red light runner causing quite a bit of damage. It took about three months, but Germain Body Shop got my van looking brand new again. Josh was awesome to work with. I didn't like the way the opposite fender was laying after I got my van back, and Josh took care of it right away for me. My van looks better than before the accident even.

I've taken my car here once or twice years ago for minor issues and was thoroughly satisfied. That's why, when I decided to get the headlights buffed and shined up, I brought my car here. Again, received top notch service, plus the headlights look fantastic. Thank you so much!

Only giving two stars because they did technically finish the work. Their customer service was lackluster. Gave me a repair window of 5-10 business days. Business day 11/12 rolled around and I hadn’t received a single call. I called them and they told me they ordered the wrong parts, so it would be another week. No big deal. A week went by, I heard nothing. Called again and had to call daily for another 3 days before I could pick up my truck. They told me it was done and cleaned up (washed, vacuumed and wiped down were the exact words) and when I picked it up, they had left tape and plastic all over the roof of my truck. Would not recommend if you’re looking for an easy company to work with. Will upload a picture of the tape and plastic if I can

I had outstanding service from Germain Collision Center led by Katie. She handled all paperwork with the insurance co and coordinated getting my truck to Germain Ford for needed service. They always got right back with me when I had questions. And most importantly, my truck looked great when i picked it up.

The office was clear and efficient in explaining the damage and cost of the repair and how long it would take. They called and explained when the timetable and cost changed. It did take a few days longer than expected. The result was like a new car.Services: Painting

Took my Toyota Corolla to Germain after I hit a chair on the highway. After the initial repair, I took my car back to Germain for an issue under the headlights and front fender from their work. They said they would fix it, but the issues returned after a day of driving it. Took my car back for a second time and they still were unable to fix it.I called my insurance and they told me that Germain told them that there was subsequent damage that was causing the issue. Never once did anyone at Germain tell me there was subsequent damage. I took my car to a different body shop and they attested that there was no subsequent damage and that the work Germain performed was not professional grade. Very disappointed with my experience, especially after giving them three tries to get it right for me.Service: Body & Trim

Outstanding work. Everybody is friendly. They answer the phones when you call. We had a door that needed fixing on a minivan. The only downside it took four weeks, but that seems to be par for the course.Final result was excellent.Services: Painting

My daughters car was in an accident and had a lot of front end damage. Germain had the car for almost 7 months doing repairs. Once we got the car back there were still issues. We took it back in and they supposedly “fixed” the issue. After a day of driving the car the same issue continued. We decided to not take it back in right away due to the amount of time they had the car both times it needed work because it was too hard being down a car. A few more issues popped up, non related to the accident so we took it to get repaired. We asked them while they had the car to check out the struts that had been supposedly replaced. They confirmed they needed replaced again but would not cover it under the accident because it was “normal wear and tear”. The car only had 10,000 miles on it from when we originally got it back. Either they didn’t properly replace the struts the first time or they used old parts. Struts should last more than 10,000 miles. On top of that her headlights were never aligned when they replaced the front bumper. One aims to the far left and the other aims straight up.
