I started trying to get a haircut at 11 AM today called in to find out that my stylist wouldn’t be in until noon but would be there from 12 to 7. Upon my arrival at 3 o’clock, I was informed that my stylist was at lunch and would return in one hour. So I returned in one Walking in the door was assured my stylist was on her way. At 4:30 I decided that I guess I have to go to sports clips because the information I’m getting isn’t factual. Very disappointed that I waited over 90 minutes and still have to go get a haircut. Disrespectful of others time

After having a terrible experience elsewhere, I brought my son in for a hair cut at the end of the night. The ladies there were so friendly and the hairdresser working on his hair was so nice. I have never seen him smile so much through a hair cut. Thank you!

honestly f this salon bruh 😭 cut my hair way to short. They don’t have any experience bro I would NEVER come here!! You can’t even understand a certain employee and what they’re saying so yeah. Just save ur time atp they suck suck suck.

I do NOT recommend anyone to go here. I showed them what I wanted and it was super simple. They didn’t wash my hair, they laid on lots of hair products which my hair doesn’t like and looked super greasy and after I looked at it I was upset because it wasn’t anywhere close to what I wanted, my hair is shorter and has lots of awful choppy layers. And any hairdo I put it in it looks awful. And I had to pay $50 for them to mess up my hair but because of all that I didn’t tip them.

I took my son to get his haircut. While I was waiting another customer came in who started signing to the cashier. The cashier started finger spelling - online? No. The customer finger spelled their name and got checked in. The cashier knew the alphabet in sign language well enough to converse with deaf customers.
The Beavercreek Great Clips location has earned "Deaf Friendly" approval. Great job!

Overpriced for the quality of cut. A basic 1" trim cost 16.99 for my child, and wasn't even straight after we got home.

I’ve came here several times each time my hair gets hacked. I went in there after my son and I got our haircuts to get both of the money back because he had a bald patch on the side his head and I got lines and also a bald patch. The lady ( larger African American woman) only gave me the money for my son and even argued that he might have had that patch before. As if I don’t know what my son’s head looks like. And my hair is trashed as well. Will not be going back here. And I highly recommend you avoid this place as well
