The stars are for the clothes, but what a shame. I'm spell bound. HM is a store I visit worldwide. The staff don't seem to care. Customers enter, trying on clothes far smaller than their size, burst the buttons, and walk out. These garments are then just displayed again.
I just could not find a piece in good condition. Speaking to the staff I was offered a 15% discount. What!!! was that a joke? have a jacket without a button. Was that even a solution.
I'm sure to pick this up in another country in one piece better treated.

This store does not honor sales. Wanted a jacket that was on the 10.99 sale rack and because the only one that was my size (same jackets) didn't have a sticker on it, the salesman refused to have it at the price of the rack. Said it "must have been misplaced" even though there were multiple jackets of the same type there and only there in the store. Charged price was 42.69. That is a huge difference. I won't return to this store.

I had the worst experience here. I wanted to buy a pair of pants. They had an entire area of pants that were on sale. Everything was $5 in this area. When I went to check out, they ended up being $30. I told the girl working up front that all the pants in that area were on sale. Asked her to check it out. She absolutely refused to help me. Look at the items on the rack. She ignored me 100%. I asked again are you going to look and see what I’m talking about. She ignored me again. All she said was no. I was blown away. I’ve never had a bad experience at this store. Me and my daughter come here all the time. All employees there wouldn’t say words. I said hi to a worker in the dressing area and he just ignored me as well. Over all I wouldn’t recommend going to this store anymore. It seems to have went down hill. Hire people that want to help others. It was unbelievable honestly. I’m gonna miss that place. I won’t be going back, nor will my family.

I drove an hour to the store for homecoming clothes! Your online hours state Mon-Sat 11-8!!!! I got here at 6:00!! You were closed! Update your online hours!.!.!.!
