Was helped on register 13 tonight. This women at the register asked my husband and I like 8 times for us to sign up for the credit card. We didn't feel like we needed to explain our situation but this is why this location is so slow. You're hounding your customers for credit cards and nobody wants to get them. I get you have you quota to meet but yall need to stop.

Very poor professionalism with associates at this location. The last few times I have gone to this location, I have been asked 5 or 6 times per transaction if I would like to sign up for a Kohl's Card. After repeatedly saying no, the associate has continued to ask over and over to the point that I've considered it harassment. Today I went in to pick up some items and the associate asked me twice if I wanted to sign up for a Kohl's Card and I said no both times and that I would like to continue with the transaction, only for her to ask me a third time if I would like to sign up for a Kohl's Card. If I said no the first two times, what makes you think I would say yes the third time. Very unprofessional and I likely won't give this location anymore of my money, I'll drive to Huber or Centerville instead.

They usually have good deals/clearance. Amazon returns are really quick and easy to do here too. And the last time I went April was my cashier and was really friendly and helpful.

The cashier, Renuka, was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. She excelled in her work and did a very efficient job of explaining Kohl's discount features available to me and helping me find an item at another store since it was not available I. Beavercreek. She is a great asset to Kohls customer service overall. Such helpful service can motivate people to return to Kohl's for their purchase needs.

The cash counter worker, named Rhiannon, was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. She excelled in her work and did a very efficient job of explaining Kohl's discount features available to me. Highly recommended. Very friendly and plenty of helpful staff available to be asked questions and directions around the store. Renuka was our cashier and she was very helpful in guiding us to some savings by applying for a Kohl card as we are starting to buy clothing for our five high school grandsons who will be returning to school soon. Sweet savings and the boys like the variety of clothing styles and brands available. A great experience! You won't be disappointed.

Great sales, great product availability, Kohl’s cash and the offers in my wallet are always a great incentive. Saved a bunch of money on great products and check out was super quick! Kohl’s is my favorite store!

Not too impressed with this location. The racks are right on top of each other making it difficult to walk through the departments. Clothing on the floors and no employees anywhere to assist.

I had the same bad experience twice. It involves one of your cashiers. She’s older has dark hair and speaks with a foreign accent. This lady is extremely pushy with trying to get someone to sign up for a credit card. The first time was around Christmas. She asked me if I had a Kohls card. I told her no, and that I wasn’t interested. She kept pushing me to sign up throughout the entire transaction. It takes a lot for me to get angry with someone, but I had to tell her to stop harassing me. I went to customer service and told them about my experience and left.Fast forward to today. So when she asked me if I had a card I told her yes. When it was time for me to pay I paid in cash. She stopped and asked me “why I was paying with cash if I really had a card”! I asked her how that was any of her business and she proceeded to tell me about the money I’d save if I signed up for a card! I literally just told her that I had a card! I will NEVER shop at this Kohl’s again.

I like their selection of merchandise and the employees are very friendly. But the prices are ridiculous. We did find a few items on sale for a birthday, so we "splurged". The store was almost empty customer-wise. Sad to see - I remember when it used to be very busy, waiting in a long line. It's happening everywhere though.

The sales lady with a foreign accent is extremely pushy when it comes to signing up for a credit card. I understand that they have to ask, but to keep asking the entire time she is ringing up my items is ridiculous! When I say no thanks, that should be the end! She is very pushy and tries to bully her way into having people sign up.

Didn't appreciate having to walk all the way to the back of store for a self service online pickup order when I was in a hurry. But other than that it was fine.

I was in this location in Beavercreek on 4/06/2023 returning a package from Amazon and decided to look around at the sales.When in the jewelry department I was looking around and I was looking in the jewelry case and a white employee came over to make sure the jewelry cases were locked and the she got on her walkie talkie and said "you can send the email. They are locked." In the meantime time it is white young white girls in the aisle over trying on shorts in the middle of the store. As i was walking out she was at her register looking at me. I was going to buy something but sat everything down and walked out.Yes I am black.
