Store doesn’t have a dairy item. Says they have never carried it by a rude manager named Fran. I call the store and a complain to a manager Charlie and who hangs up on me when I tell him of my receipts where I purchased this item.

Great selection. I like Kroger for their deals on milk, meat and produce.

Thank you for treating your customers like criminals

Has to be the worst Kroger in the area. Avoid if possible. I go in the evenings and that must be the worst time because half self checkout is closed while there's a huge line. The workers watching the area just sit there on phones. They don't even watch customers so why not open all the self checkout so there isn't a long line. Makes no sense. Get it together Kroger of Beavercreek!

The new trend on busy weekends at the Beavercreek Kroger is to slash payroll by having customers bag their own groceries. This was the longtime model at the old Cub Foods stores, implemented so that the savings could be passed on to the consumer, but in these inflationary times there are little savings—only price gouging. Kroger has to pay for its lavish executive bonuses somehow, so the consumer is left, quite literally, holding the bag.

As I did self checkout, a Caucasian female employee came up to me and in a rude tone asked, “Ma’am, did you forget to scan the item underneath?” I looked at her and said “I scanned it. Do you need to look at my receipt?” Then she said no and walked away looking frazzled. If you have to question customers, perhaps designate an employee to watch the customers and check receipts. Otherwise, change the tone and approach when asking a customer about their items. Obviously, self checkout is being implemented across the board, so do a better job in watching customers and checking receipts if you feel the need to question.

Why don’t you post your employees well enough to be able to staff your store? Prices are plenty high enough and it takes soooo incredibly long to check out. No baggers, just 1 cashier that was working so hard to take care of people. Many items unorganized and a mess to find what you are looking for. Things have really gone down hill at this store.

So you take away our the water refill that I was happy to fill myself. Now you have the prepay jugs that crack and spill. Now that we have to get a ticket from the front desk. Today the customer service blonde girl barked at us with a "Yip?". I'm sick of it, I am not even that formal of a person. How hard is it to say "Hello" or "Hi". She then barked at us to go right back to the prepaid water to get another ticket. I am assuming people are stealing water and that's why they had the rule change. Beavercreek water is so calcified it's undrinkable. The rudeness was the last straw. I don't usually go to Kroger. They raise the prices and act like they are giving you a sale. Grocery items are not places logically. Cream of wheat belongs with cereals. Hand cream belongs with lotion. The isles are very narrow so that if one stops they block the whole area.

The space did not allow the mind to fluidly wander around the store; at every turn, you’re confronted with walls, breaking up the seamless flow I enjoy when browsing grocery stores. Though, they did have the teak tallboys that I like, and the produce section seemed like it would warm the soul to meander through.

What a great time! I recommend the store for anyone who likes to have fun shopping and buy amazing things and get a great deal. We found some clothes on clearance for 90% off and paid $1.16 to $0.29 for shirts it was awesome.

It's mid frfr. Whole Foods or Costco is better. Whole food for quality and health conscious decisions, and Costco is good if you need bulk. Kroger is overrated and overpriced. Aldi is even better than Kroger. Kroger is over-hyped my dude.

Get rid of the digital coupons. If something is on sale, then just put it on sale -- We downloaded the app and the coupon, and it would not work. The cashier wasn't sure why it didn't work, so we asked for a manager to help. The "responsible person" (as they self described) who came over could not remedy it, and just shrugged their shoulders, and then told us the customer service desk was closed. Great customer service technique there. So instead of making a sale at the sale price, they made zero dollars. Thanks

I've been asking for Cream Cheese for fruit. They got it in once but took 3 weeks or more, now they don't have it again. They also run short of Blackberry Turkey Hill Tea. I try not to go on a Sunday because they have fewer cashiers. Possible that has improved, I don't know because I avoid shopping there on Sundays. I use the Kroger app and try to use digit coupons but I generally don't have much success with that. I do like the Kroger gas station right there and I do earn points and save money on gas. Last time I saved .50 cents a gallon. Just depends on how much you spend on food.

Employees are very friendly, but it is very annoying that there are rarely any actual cashier aisles in “off” hours like the morning. Instead, they just have two employees working self-checkout that just stand around. I would much rather be able to use a cashier aisle.

I stopped in on Sunday, August 13th at around 10:30 pm to grab a couple things for a late dinner for the family. I was trying to find some Tattoed Chef brand Mexican-Style Street Corn (which unfortunately seems to be a discontinued item). The late night stockers were in the way at the display I was trying to get to. Rather than cop an attitude with me, the young man, who said his name was Zack, was actually quite helpful with not only moving his cart out of the way so that I could shop, but also in asking me if I needed any help finding anything. I explained what I was looking for. Unfortunately it was not in stock which is okay (actually, side note: it's not, please get this item back in your stores!!! ?). I moved on and was a couple aisles over, when suddenly I saw Zack walk up, and he had a box of a different brand (Alexia) of frozen street corn. He asked me if this was what I was looking for. I explained that no, I was looking for the specific brand, Tattooed Chef, but I was really blown away with the excellent customer service. That is not something I am used to at Kroger stores. My family and I have been shopping more at Meijer as of late, but after tonight's experience I will be reevaluating that. I would definitely not get this level of service at Meijer!!Keep up the great work, Beavercreek Kroger and Zack. Store manager: hire more like this guy!!! Such a refreshing change, running into a Kroger employee who was so eager to ensure a customer found the products that we're looking for, and with a really positive attitude to boot. I am not the only customer out there who appreciates such a thing, and we have a lot of choices these days, so this can make a difference in your bottom line.
