Wasted an hour of my time and ensured I won't have my prescription tomorrow. I had a prescription transferred to this location as it was out of stock at my local pharmacy. It was to be ready for pickup by 4 PM according to the automated system.I drove a half hour to pick up my prescription. A pharmacy technician informs me that my refill was canceled without notice, as their system marked the prescription not fillable until later and I was somehow marked as "no-contact." I'm furious.

I know how busy it can be in this setting, and I am very patient. However, the pharmacist or tech who took my call was very rude and just “K’d” me the whole conversation. I don’t get how you can be so rude being in customer service.

Gosh, I could not believe all the bad reviews. I've been using the Beavercreek Kroger Pharmacy for over 15 years. Yes, it does seem the lines are longer since COVID. And now they close for an hour for lunch Not sure if it's a hiring problem or not. But I love how I can order my refills by phone or on line. The pharmacy twqm has always been helpful.

The Beavercreek Kroger's has absolutely turned into a disaster zone. The store no longer wants to hire people to work the registers, they feel that self checkouts are the way to go for some reason so they can save more money. Cut corners has more delays in inconvenience instead of having Americans make money and do a job providing good customer service. Instead, you see people commit thefts more easily when they use the self scan. Don't worry the store doesn't lose out on money instead of worrying about the theft being committed, the store will just increase grocery prices for the every day American to make up for their theft lost. The employees that are supposed to be watching the self check out lines and helping the customers are more interested on playing with their mobile phone and looking at social media instead of being observant to the customer and providing good work ethic to Kroger. What happened to the good old days when you had personal clerks you could speak with customer service that you could count on my gosh the store needs a new revamping new management new corporate CEOs in a whole new facelift. Very important note!! Please be very cautious with checking your receipt because the store will absolutely overcharge you through deception claim in the computer system has not been updated yet. When you look at sales price, you ain't always getting the sale price keep that in mind. Honestly, I could see a class action lawsuit being filed in the next few months if more people start picking up on this little trick.

I have always been satisfied with the service at this location. Occasionally a medication needs to be ordered--this also happened at other pharmacies. Any waiting line moves quickly and you do not have to move from one line to another. Both the parking and drive through save time!

There were only 2 checkouts open at 10:00 am on a Saturday and the lines were at least 8 deep. THEN after waiting for 10 minutes they closed the line and told us to get in another (long) line. HORRIBLE customer service. I am debating about ever returning to Krogers.

The folks who work in the pharmacy are all pleasant, and their service is good when you're being helped. The biggest issue i had here was the fact that they had such a hard time filling my script in a timely fashion. For a long time (6 months give or take) they wouldn't fill my script unless i came in and asked if it was ready. This is after my doctor called it in, sometimes days after. Since i have to be there so frequently when they failed to fill it on time it pushes the window of insurance coverage back the same number of days which they fail to fill it for, causing my insurance to reject payment on the day when i actually need my refill to the day one week prior to the last time they filled it late. Very confusing, i know, but it pretty critical to have your medication when you're supposed to and not 3 days later. They eventually got slightly better, but not by a lot, and the fulfillment schedule stayed messed up the whole time i went there.I have since switched to a different pharmacy that just fills the scripts when they're called in. These problems are ones I've experienced at many pharmacies over the last few years, and i suspect that its an issue of pharmacy techs judging customers based on what medication they're prescribed. I even reported one to the state, but the state won't tell you if they did anything to fix any problems. Any time I've complained to the pharmacy I've always been treated like a sub-human after that complaint and get worse and worse service. Another extremely common issue ive had is pharmacies "not recieving" my script, even though i literally sit in the room with the nurse qhen they call it in every single time. Weird how its just magically lost so frequentlySomething is going on with pharmacies it seems like, and i can't tell what it is. I'm just glad i could stop going to this one

They never answer the phone. Lines are always extremely long. The only reason I put up with it is because they are cheaper than other pharmacies in the area. Otherwise terrible.

This review is on customer service. I had a large order. While checking out, I noticed that the price of one of the items was incorrect. I told the woman who was checking me out. She was indifferent. I explained that I chose that item over another brand because of the better price. She asked if I had a picture of the item price. What? Why would I have a picture of the item price? I was alone and I wasn't about to leave the line and go look for the price. Isn't that the job of the Kroger employee? She said it wasn't her job. I left without my order. I'll move on to another Kroger store where customer service matters.

On November 6, 2022, I was discharged from the ER, which sent over pain meds to this pharmacy. I called at 10:27am same day to follow up as to when my medication would be ready. The tech on the phone assured me it would be ready by noon same day. I was understanding of that and when I got to pharmacy, spoke with tech "Ethan", who then stated would not be ready until 2pm. I stated that I was assured it would be ready by noon by tech I had spoken with at approximately 10:30 that same morning. He was very abrupt with me, offered no apology for the miscommunication and told me to have a seat and I would be called. He spoke to me as if I was being a PROBLEM, when the mistake or miscommunication was of their own. Again, no apology offered for my inconvenience, though I arrived an hour and a half after it was stated it would be ready. Here I am sitting now, 2:30pm, and is still not ready, when it was promised by noon. I am no longer using this pharmacy or any other kroger pharmacy in the future. The customer service here is extremely lacking and staff extremely RUDE! Next time I will do my research with reviews before choosing again. As now I can see from all the previous reviews that this place is just simply AWFUL and could care less unless it were themselves in same situation, I'm sure! I don't even want to speak to anyone in management, because I feel I would get the same treatment from them as well. I'm interested if there is any audio on the camera recording system for management to confirm the way I was treated by this staff member at the pick up window? Would probably facilitate in better customer service if so.

Pick up service extremely slow. Dropped off prescription at noon, was told prescription would be ready at 2:30. Waited in line 20 minutes at 5:45pm to find out the prescription had yet to be filled.
