Went shopping at The Greene today and Stacy was such a HUGE help! She was so professional, friendly, and helpful that I decided to go ahead and start my Christmas shopping by purchasing gifts for our growing family. Lululemon is a family favorite for our Gen Z kids and now us parents as well. Thank you Stacy, I'll be back!

First off over the last 4 years I have shopped here the staff has always been willing to help!
Everything on the racks is always well organized, and the cleanliness is good.
Clothes are awesome overall have never bought anything that wasn’t comfortable. They are per se “higher” on prices but there’s a reason. Highly recommend.

I did expect this location to havemore of a selection, considering it’s at the Greene. However, the bag I had to order is not in stock at most store currently, so they get the benefit of the doubt on that one. In general I love the quality and the staff are always knowledgeable and helpful. Overall a pleasant atmosphere. 😇

If I could give 0 stars I would. The sales associates are very rude there. They gave dirty looks bc I had my small kids in there and when I asked a question they acted like I was dumb. I don’t recommend this store

Took my daughter to the Greene location and was immediately met by a team member who spoke to my daughter as an equal consumer and not as a kid with her dad. She was very accommodating and very respectful. She helped me navigate my military discount option patiently and earned a customer for life. Very impressed with her customer service.

I went in to exchange an item. When I asked to exchange with the same pant that was available they wouldn't do an even exchange because it wasn't the same color. This wasn't what had happened multiple times before. I have talked with the online team and they would have even exchanged the item- but I had already returned them. Be aware this store doesn't know how to treat customers properly and aren't helpful. This was also rated with the lululemon team. I won't be back.

I had a bad experience being in the store. I went in there to get the shoulder bags for my kids and started looking at hats as soon as my kid put her hat down as she was trying on another on manager there grab the hat and put it back And being the only black person there that was being followed, watched I know the manager was being very racist. I asked for the manager and was told it was him and I asked for anyone higher than him I can speak with speak to another gentleman came in. I told him what happened and he tries to tell me maybe I took it for a mistake. He's just putting it back, but I didn't even have a chance to choose which one I want. He just snatch it out of the table as I was trying on the other one.He was not doing his job. It was someone being racist towards me and my daughter. Lululemon do better.

There was an experience here recently and the employees were seriously terrible. My friend was at this store and I don’t know who’s idea it was the higher some high school mean girls but they were making fun of her and told her that she was too big for lululemon. “Torrid is that way” is what they said. I would understand if they were trying to help but that was completely unnecessary in the situation because the store sells more than clothes that she could have been buying and the smug tone was completely unprofessional.

Always have a positive experience here. The staff members are nice and the store is always clean. Worst part about this store is trying to find parking.

Despite being extremely busy, I was treated well and the line went pretty quickly. Everyone was kind and willing to help. They went out of their way to find what I was looking for. I would definitely shop there again.
