It’s an ok store, but their colored pencil selection is really bad these days. The pencils are always out of stock and seem like they haven’t been refilled for months. I’ve had to go to Hobby Lobby so many times after trying to get the pencils at Michaels. Now I’m not even bothering to look here, so you lost a customer.

The employees are oblivious to customers and the product placement and organization of this location makes it impossible to find anything.

I went in Friday of June 7th and Ava help me out so much with getting my posters into frames she was so nice to me and help me with the prices I hope Michaels keeps her around for a long time she is a great employee you have there thank you Ava and thank you Michaels!
