Own three power door opners from this company. No customer services for repair. I was emaild paperwork to complete to be a customer. NO dont think so. I found someone else. Next time I will just repurchase new from someone else. Rude women on phone.

Joe came out to our facility on 4-18-25 and repaired our door and adjusted the closure settings. He was very professional and fixed the door properly.

Would not recommend will stall until the warranty is out and not fix them properlyCustomer service is awful and liesThey damaged our door in from of me and said we don’t know if we did that but tried to fix it with a permanent markerAVOID AT ALL COSTS
