I drove down on my day off specifically to buy a gift at Nirvana. Waited til 12 to get there. Says it's open on line. It is NOT. Highly disappointed. A trip and time wasted.

the clothes look cute but lack of a changing room and return policy made me waste $120 on clothes. I didn’t realize shopping here was such a gamble. That type of policy is what I would expect from a liquidation center. One skirt specifically must’ve been child size because it was TINY! but insisted it was “free size” on the tag.
I brought the clothes back to return and she said they only do exchanges. She insisted she told me when I bought it less than a week before, but I don’t remember that at all.
I don’t remember her saying anything about there being no returns when I was spending $120, there’s no sign anywhere in the store or on the counter, and nothing on the receipt that indicates it either. The clothes fit me awkwardly so I don’t really care to exchange them for more clothes that don’t fit well, I would rather have my money back.
Very disappointed, I wouldn’t have bought those clothes knowing that risk came with it.

I have come here for my eyebrows since the 90s. The same lady! She is the best in the city. I have tried others because sometimes she isn't available or I can't make it to Beavercreek and I always regret it. This is the place to get your eyebrows threaded. Bar none!

If i could give this place 0 stars i would just based off the eye brow session my wife had with them. An employee was happy to help us when my wife asked if they do eyebrows. My wife sits down on the chair and tells the lady that she just wants her brows to be cleaned up (she’s been letting them grow out bc another lady had thinned her brows way to much). The lady acknowledged this and said “yes as much thickness as possible”. She went to work, I'm watching her completely reshape the left brow not in its natural shape and made it so thin! Then i see her work on the right eyebrow where she sort of cleans up the bottom, starts to work on the portion where the unibrow is and then STOPS!! She didn't touched the top at all and there was a line where she started threading the unibrow and just stopped. The right side wasn’t even half done with hairs everywhere. She didn’t do what my wife asked at all but could have at least made them the same shape. Needless to say my wife left crying and we had to come home to fix her right brow as much as we could to make it match the other. which again was already very wrong. And for 16$? Nirvana needs to remove the chair because this is a service they should not continue doing.

They thinned one of my eyebrows out way too much then left the other thicker and half done….after I asked for a light clean up.

They’ve got a good selection of neat stuff. Prices vary, but it’s not expensive. Staff is always friendly, too.

this is one of my favorite shops in the mall! they have a large variety of items and probably the best selection of tie dye clothing in the area! i bought a beautiful top from them about a year ago and it’s still one of my favorites

Went there Tuesday afternoon and the rude lady said the lady that does eyebrows is gone for the day which I knew was a lie because she did my eyebrows the last time I was at Nirvana and I also tipped her pretty decent so after she said the person that does eyebrows won't be in till 11 am till 8 pm Wednesday so I said thank you and I left and went to miracle eyebrows where they did a outstanding job after I left there went past Nirvana and the same lady had a girl in the chair doing her eyebrows. She will never get a dime from me or my family ever again.

I went to the mall to see if they would henia my brows. The lady says yes and this starts threading them!!!! Now I have small brows and look like a Brittney ????? on top of the bad brows they stole $5. Initially charged me 15 looked at my bank and it said 20. Called my bank and they see the changes. Will be opening an investigation cause I did not tip for what I didn't ask for.
