Similar experience this past weekend.
Went into the Nordstrom Rack (at the Greene) to purchase a pair of RayBan sunglasses - in the past they were in the center aisle on racks. Now locked up and it felt totally weird - the employee unlocked the case, but ONLY she could hand me sunglasses to try on…then I had to hand them back to her, before she could hand me another selection. Was very awkward - I gave up after trying two pair.
I get it, they get stolen, but not by me!
Do better Nordstrom - a “valuable” client since 1984 - Not sure anymore! Bought my new RayBans online with the information from my previous pair.

Been standing in the purse section waiting for someone to come unlock a box, I’ve asked a team member and called the store and am still here waiting. This place sucks.

As soon as I walked in the door I felt I was stero typed by some person. He seemed to be every where I was. Left didn't buy anything . Went to Von Maur and spent my money where I felt welcome. DONE WITH THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

Very bad customer service. I was at the store at 8 30. Pm and one of the employees told me they close i told here it's not 9pm. Yet. And she kept following me around I was trying to buy some clothes . But I really felt uncomfortable by here following me.

Worst customer service. Went in to buy a few Lancome items .They now lock it up. I asked an associate for help. She said someone will be over to help me. I waited and waited. No one came to help me.i will just order from the Lancôme website.

I go here mostly for the shoe selection. I wear a 10-11 and it is not always easy finding a large selection in bigger sizes. This store has tons of shoes for me to pick from and all at a discounted price!

I was looking for something nice yo wear for my mother's funeral and asked where the women's plus was and got told oh, we don't carry that anymore. I an not but 1 size larger than your sizes. Guess you don't want heavier people in your store! I am 65 and am appalled at your store and trash that it held! My family and friends will never step foot in your store again. ?
