They were great came in for a best, which they did not have in stock, but promptly assisted me in getting it ordered on line and shipped free to my home. I was very pleased when it arrived.

Nice store, good customer service workers. But their prices are higher than they should be. Also because of my build... Long arms & legs, thicker legs so it's tough to find things that fit me properly.

Eliana was super sweet and nice especially when I was trying to exchange a gift for a different size! She was helpful and efficient even when the gift card was having issues being set up and we had to wait for a manager who was also nice and helpful. My favorite old navy by far

I actually went to get myself something and ended up my husband shopped for himself. That was unusual; he was thinking he needed new shirts for vacation. He found 2 he liked. Thanks, Old Navy.

I went to Old Navy at the Greene to purchase a wardrobe for my upcoming trip, but I left the store disappointed and put everything back that I was going to buy.
Upon entering the store, no one greeted me which is not something that I was expecting but it caught my attention because the people who walked in after me where greeted with, “Hi! Welcome in!” Then I noticed 3 employees right in the front of the store straightening up the clothes who I’m sure saw me enter the store as well.
As I walked through the store, 2 times an employee walked right past me but the person directly behind me was asked if they needed help or help finding anything…
The only person that said anything to me was an employee who asked a lady near me (after she walked right past me) if she needed help finding anything and she saw the look of disbelief on my face and then asked if I needed help with anything. At that moment I decided to put everything back and spend my money elsewhere. It seems that only “certain” people are seen and acknowledged in this store.

Staff could've been more in tune to customers. If I'm standing watching you have a conversation with your coworker for more than a minute, then you're not aware of your customers' needs. Just a non relaxing, walked out empty handed, shopping experience. I miss the GAP of olden days.
