Has a decent selection of clothes and accessories. I’ve never tried selling clothes at this location so can’t comment on that.

Brought in three bags of items just before close, knowing I would obviously have to come pick up the following day. The girl was irritated and proclaimed that I had brought a "three bagger" in to her staff. She took my information and then said I would get a text after they close.
Instead of just being forthright and telling me that it is their procedure to sort everything before they lock up for the night, at 9:01 PM I received a text saying they "unfortunately" could not take ANYTHING I brought in. When dropping my stuff off I assumed it would be the responsibility of the morning crew and would not have dropped off so late if she had just told me that wasn't the case. So when I got the text, still across the street from the store, I couldn't just turn around and get my things. I had to drive 20 minutes home and 20 back the following day with the little gas I had, to not receive the money I really needed.
My intentions were not to make her life harder. I'm just trying not to lose my house and this employee decided she was going to teach me a lesson because I wasn't aware of THEIR closing procedures. And they broke the brand-new storage bag I had brought my things in with. It had just arrived from Amazon that day. I made an honest mistake and I paid for it, literally. It was actually downright cruel. I won't be back to this location unless it's to be their manager.

Went to this location to drop off some items while going to a doctors appointment because Plato’s anywhere is really out of my way… I dropped the clothes off then before I could even pull out of the parking lot, I got a text saying they could not make a purchase. When I went in to ask why they said I had good styles they were just more mature to take them nextdoor (I forget what the name of the store is but basically the same thing as Plato’s just for 25+). I took the items nextdoor and waited 45 mins just for them to not buy anything and say to TRY PLATOS CLOSET BECAUSE THESE ARE YOUNGER STYLES !!!! I was so mad about this. wasted my whole morning just for Plato’s to say they were too “mature” and “buisness casual” and the place they told me to take them to (right next to this location) said they were younger styles !!!! I had Guess, Brand new with tags Aerie offline leggings, fairly new North Face coat, newer boots from Ugg, and more. Want to know what’s better ???? When I got to my car to look at what plato’s considered “More mature styles and business casual,” I noticed EVERYTHING was in the basket just how I left it. I left a dollar in the middle of the basket folded between 2 clothes to test the theory and yep… NOTHING was looked at. When I got my clothes, 2 employees said “Finally done looking over clothes. I’m gonna take my break”. Nothing but feeling like I wasted time and gas going out of my way for styles I KNOW they buy everyday. NEVER taking my clothes here again. I saw some items while looking around that were identical to what I brought in.

Always find exactly what I’m looking for even after going to numerous stores without luck. Pretty clean. Staff is nice. Prices are good. Lots of great stuff in style.

Literally 95% of their clothes are shein or target brand and they’re selling it for more than the original cost. Sad it went so down hill so fast

Dropped off two bags of slightly used Aeropostale hoodies, Chaps shirts, and other designer shirts in great shape. Received a text that they were "unable to make a purchase." Avoid trying to sell anything to this place. They just want you to donate, that's all.

Great finds at unbeatable prices, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The store was clean and well-organized, making my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Definitely deserves a 5-star rating for such a positive experience!

Decent selection. However, I Went in and found a pair of sneakers I wanted and when I brought them to the counter the employees could not find the other sneaker and put them on hold. Never recieved a call back on the sneakers after nearly 2 weeks.
