Been coming here many years. Normally coming here has been great. However since the program change things have been miserable. So much information didn’t upload and to get new orders has been horrible. My wife went to Compunet 3 days in a row and no orders. Even called Primed & no orders sent. Had to come to the office & wait for a hard copy of blood orders. We have jobs too. I realize new processes take time to work out, but this is ridiculous.

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Froehlich and I'm so thankful for her. She listens, she's understanding and caring and she gives every patient the time they deserve. That being said- the wait times can be long, but I'm always thankful for the personal attention I receive. I've never had any negative experiences with the office staff either. I'm grateful for Primed.

I would give zero stars if I could .
I only go to the doctor once a year for a wellness exam to get a discounted insurance rate.
When I called to make the appointment the scheduler insisted that I always have blood work done before the appointment, which is the exact opposite of what I have always done, but I wasn't going to argue she told me the request would be sent to Compunet and to have the blood work done before my appointment.
Missed 1hour of work to go to Compunet , when I get there they tell me Doctor Witt's office had not sent anything for me.
On the day of my appointment I ended up leaving 1 hour and 5 minutes in
I fully understand appointment's running 15-20 minutes late .
But over a hour past appointment time is totally unacceptable .
Finally left and rescheduled for a time after my work hours.
With the 2.7 star rating it's obvious I am not the only one that is unhappy.
Dr. Witt is very nice, and I like him

this is an awful facility who breaks the law. they discharged a patient unlawfully. by law they have to send a certified letter stating a patient is discharged from their care, and by law they have to provide a patients medication for 30 days from discharge so they have time to find a new provider. this facility broke the law and did not provide live saving medication for one of their patients i called the office manager 3 times and left a message with no return call .. THEN they dropped him after and refused to provide LIFE SAVING MEDICATION. patient has had 3 strikes in 2 years and would no provide his meds!!! do not use this facilityin response to your response. no you did not comply. i have already sent over what happened and the law was broken. or was not told via certified mail and the office manager did not approve refills for 30 days to give the pt enough time to find a new pcp. i personally called in within the time frame and was never given a call back from 3 attempts to the office manager. you guys do not follow ohio guidelines and are being reported.

Always waiting atleast half an hour for my appointment. Why are they overlooking. I would understand it if happened sometimes but literally every time. Please get it together.

I’ve seen Dr. Froehlich since around 2005. She is always wonderful. She has a great personality and is always easy to talk to. I like that she explains everything so that I understand and is very preventative. It’s a busy office, but she is great!

Every provider I’ve seen here has been wonderful and sincere. I always leave feeling heard and valued. Dr. Wurm is who I see most of the time and she has always been so kind. I’ve been able to get same-day or next-day appointments for sick visits. Thank you!

So glad I’m following my doctor to her new office. Tired of being on hold for twenty minutes just to talk to someone, never getting voicemails returned, or forms sent or refills sent in when they should be.

Asked a small question during my sons wellness visit and was billed for an entire separate office visit for something that the doctor was already looking at during his visit.. what a sneaky and fraudulent way to bill a patient. This was our first office in the area since moving but I will be looking around for a different office who is not trying to nickel and dime the system by falsely billing patients. When asked to contact the office below. The case manager has been out of office all week so I’ve been waiting for a call back. This is after speaking with 3 office members and being told they couldn’t do anything for me.

I've been seeing Dr Froelich for almost 13 years. She's been there for me for a long time. She's amazing and has always given great care. I 100% trust her judgement and would recommend anyone to this practice for primary care

Do NOT go to this practice! 1) it’s hard to get an appointment when you’re sick 2) if you get an appointment with Dr. Witt you will sit in the waiting area for AT LEAST an hour before you get called back!! Then you will wait another 1/2 hour. It’s utterly ridiculous. I have left three different times because of Dr. Witt — and he’s not even my doctor! They need to get someone in there who is faster and more effective!! I will most likely never go back!

My doctors have been superb; but lately the nurses are unprofessional and rude, and the office manager should be fired as never returned to an email, a request made at the front desk, or responded to the doctor's messages concerning my requests to them. This is a recent event as last year at the old site and when just moved to the new location, I never had a problem. PriMed needs to investigate what the personnel problems are, and take some positive action as needed.

I have been a patient at pri-med my entire adult life(I am 57). I am not a sickly person so don’t go often. Called to schedule a physical and was told since I haven’t been in 7 years that I would be considered a new patient and they don’t accept new patients. I didn’t respond and she said your doctor retired and since I haven’t been in 7 years they don’t take new patients. I didn’t know how to react I was shocked! So ok! Then I got to thinking it wasn’t 7 years it was 4. Sorry I am not a person who needs a doctor a lot. She wasn’t friendly didn’t offer any suggestions. So I called PREMIER and that person was nice, helpful and made me feel like I mattered.
