The store and merchandise is fine - a typical Sam’s Club. Checkout clerks and speedy and courteous! BUT on 2 different visits we wanted to get lunch at their food counter. They have the worst, lazy help working in the restaurant I’ve ever seen. I stood at the counter waiting to place my order and they just ignored me. First time, I waited for a good 10-15 minutes. The second time, it was beyond that period and we ended up leaving and getting lunch elsewhere. There were 3 women behind the counter, they would look at me and just keep going. I’ve never seen such bad service in my life. It was so blatant!

Feels odd being searched and carded with every entrance/exit. After checkout, there is a another Line where you must wait in line to be searched before leaving the store. Imo, Discounts not significantly deep enough to justify membership costs. Bought a $500 electronic item (impulse purchase) that i discovered i could buy online for ... $500.

Decent enough savings, but the checking of memberships and receipts feels a little degrading and know that there will be sales reps for cell phones, etc, lurking to add more social discomfort to your shopping experience.

Went to go fill up my vehicle. Didn’t have my card bc I let my wife borrow it and she left it at home I used my phone instead. I scanned and the pump didn’t work. Okay….. I went to the stand and the lady working the fuel area on October 10 didn’t even acknowledge me. That’s fine, I knocked on the door and finally got her attention; she instructed me on another way to use my sams app to get fuel. Went back and tried her method, still didn’t work. Walked back to her and she was still distracted on her phone. First thing she said “Did you not do it the way I told you too?” I said of course, I wouldn’t be here if I didn’t. We went all the way back and she had me do it in front of her. Okay… I did and it didn’t work again. I asked her if she can just scan it for me and she said I can’t because you don’t have you sams card. Why would I have the app with my electronic sams card there for no reason? Doesn’t make any sense… Usually I’m able to have them scan it for me if my app isn’t working. From the very start she never acknowledged me or even looked me in the eyes, she mean mugged me when she did acknowledge me the second time.

I have always had great experiences from this Sam's Club, until today. I placed an order for curbside pick up at 5 am to be picked up between 4 and 5 pm. I get there at 4 and I haven't received my notification that it was ready yet, so I wait in the parking lot. Then, it's 5 and still no notification. I call customer service and it just kept ringing and went unanswered. Thankfully a young lady came out to deliver another person's order and I stopped her and asked her if she knew what was taking my order so long. She looked it up and went and got my order herself. Thank you, Leah (I hope I spelled your name right), you were a life saver today! I enjoy the curbside pickup, it makes life easier when my schedule is hectic. And having to wait an hour was definitely crunching time for me, as I could've went in and picked my order myself in ten minutes had I known it wasn't going to be ready on time.

Large store, it has huge selection of everything, multiple cheese types, multiple meat items. Also, there are many items under discount. Great store.

It seems like this location is going downhill. The Cafe rarely has food available, even at noon or 6 pm, which is prime time! The workers often say they ran out of product to serve. They also routinely close the cafe WAY before closing time. The soda machines have been down for weeks!! One of the perks of having a Sam's membership is the normally awesome Cafe option! Also, the tire and battery center is not overly helpful. We had to schedule an appointment 2 weeks out to get our Sam's-purchased tire checked for a possible nail. We have road hazard coverage, so having to wait 2 weeks seems senseless! We went into Sam's several times during that 2 weeks to try to do walk-in to get it checked and they could never accommodate us.

Doctor is very nice! Lady with short hair and glasses not so much. She doesn't acknowledge customers right in front of her just keeps answering phones and talking. Rude! Ask them to hold since we've been waiting for 20 minutes.
