Horrible! Miss leading! Never shared we couldn’t return our adjustable bed! In our 100 day trial bed had deflated 10 times and now one side won’t go back up!

My wife and I went into the store to explore the different features, and get information about the Sleep Number products. Dan was our sales rep, and he made the experience very nice! He patiently answered all of our questions about product reliability, warranty, ease of moving/set-up (we're a military family), and accessories. With his product knowledge, we purchased a bed, some pillows, and a few other products to complete the our purchase. We're very excited! The store was clean, the staff welcoming and knowledgeable, and there was no pressure to purchase and test the different products! Great place to go to find out if Sleep Number is a fit for you!

Do not buy. they use bait and switch. they say it helps with back pain so you buy the mattress 14k later and one year back pain is worse and you cannot return the mattress or sleep on it. you are out the money with no mattress to sleep on unless you want to buy another one. stay away from sleep number. they are great at first it that is about it. all they need to do is get you past the 110 night guarantee then it is a final sale.

The salesmen who were there today just blew my mind. They both helped me pick out pillows for my grandpa and gave personal testimony. I truly appreciate them and wish I could remember their names because they were just incredible! I would absolutely recommend this store solely because of those two. They even helped me save a couple of extra dollars by explaining the sale that was taking place! Thank you so so much!! I think the one guys name was Sean but I can't garuntee that. Either way they were awesome!!!

David at the Beavercreek office provided excellent service, answered all questions I had! He was very knowledgeable about the beds and help me to pick the one that was the best fit for me. I can’t wait to have my bed delivered and start sleeping good!

Tried to buy a couple pillows. Salesman wanted phone, email, home address, etc. for registration/warranty, which is understandable...but I also said I don't want on mailing lists, spam emails, etc., and he explicitly said that I would be and there was no way to avoid it. Obviously, there is...we walked out. For $400 of pillows, you'd think that I could ask not to be barraged with marketing material. My complaint is with the business and its policies, not with the salesman.

Worked with Tim at the Green location in Beavercreek, Ohio. Holy cow, i got the curved comfort pillow plus the plush ultimate comfort pillow during the Labor day savings event. Went home ate lunch and took a napsky. Slept like a log. Tried out both pillows, felt like a king floating on my Sleep Number I-8. Just floated across the bed into a daytime lull like nothing before.Tim made a fantastic recommendation and I dont regret taking that recommendation it at all.Probably the best nap and best sleep i have had in ages.

The experience so far has been wonderful. From selecting the product to being guided through the steps, my Salesperson Anthony has been exactly what you would expect with a superior level of customer service. The store at The Greene was pleasant and inviting. I look forward to the delivery of my new Sleep Number bed.
