Tried to buy a couple pillows. Salesman wanted phone, email, home address, etc. for registration/warranty, which is understandable...but I also said I don't want on mailing lists, spam emails, etc., and he explicitly said that I would be and there was no way to avoid it. Obviously, there is...we walked out. For $400 of pillows, you'd think that I could ask not to be barraged with marketing material. My complaint is with the business and its policies, not with the salesman.

Worked with Tim at the Green location in Beavercreek, Ohio. Holy cow, i got the curved comfort pillow plus the plush ultimate comfort pillow during the Labor day savings event. Went home ate lunch and took a napsky. Slept like a log. Tried out both pillows, felt like a king floating on my Sleep Number I-8. Just floated across the bed into a daytime lull like nothing before.Tim made a fantastic recommendation and I dont regret taking that recommendation it at all.Probably the best nap and best sleep i have had in ages.

The experience so far has been wonderful. From selecting the product to being guided through the steps, my Salesperson Anthony has been exactly what you would expect with a superior level of customer service. The store at The Greene was pleasant and inviting. I look forward to the delivery of my new Sleep Number bed.

Friendly atmosphere. After we went into this store, we started receiving emails. We'd never been contacted by them before we went into the store. We never subscribed and never even gave them our information. So, whatever methods they're using are NOT okay. If they wanted our business, maybe they shouldn't be insane violators of people's privacy.

We are prior owners of a Sleep Number bed, king size. We moved to Ohio in 2021 (downsizing) so the king would not fit. We sold and thought we could (survive) without another SN but we were WRONG. We both could not sleep, tossed, turned, many waking hours. We don't have our new beds but they will be delivered tomorrow. Don't wait

If you spend good money on a sleep, number bed be aware that if anything breaks on it, you will be months trying to get a replacement part. Which, of course leads to a lot of bad nights sleep.

Went there the other day to look at pillows. Sales person comes up, says the usual things, I say I'm fine and just looking and he walks away but I see him staring at me from the middle of the store. He comes back 3 or 4 times and I feel his presence behind me so I left and bought the pillows online. The products are good but watch out for the salespeople. My mom got ripped off by one about a year ago.
