Cory was fantastic! He helped my husband and I upgrade our phones. He took about two hours out of his day to earn maybe just a few buckaroos commission. He even let me use the restroom! What a stand up guy! He was super efficient and knowledgeable. Every spectrum needs a Cory!

Awful store and poor service. 15 people sitting waiting to be helped. All we needed to do is drop off the router like the app said and the guy told us we had to wait in line or take it to ups to be scanned and shipped back instead of just scanning it himself in the amount of time he told me to take it to ups. Terrible terrible service

What a bill of goods. In the course of a year, I watched my Internet bill increase from $64 to $88, usually going up by a few dollars every few months. When I called to lower the rate, the customer service rep indicated the new bill would be $57. The next bill came in at $67 anyway.
It doesn’t matter how many times you wrap lipstick on a pig. Whether it’s RoadRunner, Time Warner, or Spectrum. It’s the same dishonest billing practices underneath and no corporate rebranding efforts will change that.

Don't let them get you on a promotion start out at 30.00 a month for internet, to get you and with in a year your up to 100.00. No change to your plan. Poor customer service THEY DONT CARE

Service is sub par. Outages happen often, and takes forever to resolve. I don't recommend this internet service to anyone.

Currently in the store and it's packed. I only need to return old equipment. I sat the box by a kiosk and let them know it was just a turn in and THEY REFUSED TO LET ME DROP IT OFF. I have to wait in a 2 hour line to just drop off equipment. Spectrum is literally the worst customer service I haven't ever had the displeasure of experiencing in my life.
Also, this is my second stop at a Spectrum Store today because they Dayton Mall location is open noon-5pm, but no one is there and there is no number to call! There was a crowd of 10 people outside the door trying to get in. This company is dumpster fire!

I had numerous questions about my new phone and the store associate, Cory, was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient. He answered all of my questions, showed me shortcuts, and was extremely friendly. Thank you very much.

Absolutely no customer service. He was talking to other employees about other employees while working with us. He couldn't help me with transferring my info to my new phone. I was very disappointed. Spectrum should really train their employees in customer service.

Make it an option to cancel online. 1 and half hour hold times is ridiculous. Quit forcing me to talk to retentions. I will not retain service no matter what. I can’t stand sale pitches and forceful marketing practices. I’ll probably just stick with ATT at this point because I can’t deal with this every 2 years when my rates go up. Y’all make people miserable.

Internet for $86.99 per month is just ridiculous. They'll offer loyal customers with another useless phone line but not cheaper internet. Pretty awful, really.
