I walked in behind someone and she walks right up to a counter. The rest of the workers were helping others except for one who didn't greet me when I walked closer and turned to the employee next to him to watch her transaction, so I thought he was training. Seven minutes went by, no one has said a word to me. Someone else walked in and one employee told him to sign in at the kiosk (which I didn't see). So, I go signed up behind that guy and had to wait longer. That guy was helped by the employee that I thought was training because he paid no mind to me. After he was done with the customer, he walked over to a different employee to find something else to avoid waiting on me. When I finally got called up, I was shown that I could make my payment at a different kiosk. It would have saved me plenty of time if these people paid attention to their customers.

I came into the store this morning needing to get a new phone (I lost mine) and add a mobile line to my internet service. Eliza Wagoner helped me today and was wonderful and super understanding. The entire process was a mess since I couldn't get into a lot of accounts I needed to without the ability to double-authenticate via text, but she let me run to the ATT store to figure things out and even borrow her phone to communicate with my parents when I needed their help to get into something.Going into any cellular provider store is usually a long and frustrating process, but Eliza with Spectrum made things so much easier today. Thank you!

Way under staffed here but they help you out just try to go early in the morning. Had about 45 minute wait right before 1700.

Yeah pretty frustrating to be waiting around for an hour while you only have two people working there and a store full of customers.

Visited the Spectrum store today and was thoroughly disappointed. The store was severely understaffed which resulted in an agonizingly slow service. It's evident that there's a lack of effective management here. Would not recommend.

This store is always busy and they never have enough staff. They have at least 8 people waiting in line and they only have 3 employees. One lady said that she has been waiting for an hour. The staff is friendly but how great can the service be if they make you wait for an hour in the lobby. If people are waiting for an hour or more. They need more chairs and my employees ?

If you start Spectrum you will be sorry when you try to leave. Two phone calls and a visit to the store later, 2 hours of my life I won't get back, and I'm finally free. You will not get the internet speed you purchase most of the time.Edit: 2 visits to the store. Is it going to be 3?

It is bad when all you want is their wonderful mobile service and they tell you, "you can only get it with our Internet service, we don't do just Mobile."

I'm not sure if there's training for employees, but I went to two (2) Spectrum stores, and had terrible service at both stores - the Dayton Mall store, and the store at The Greene.

I wasn’t sure if I wanted to cancel my service or not, but when I went in to discuss it, the gentleman at the counter was texting and didn’t even look up. I said I think I want to cancel my service. His response was take everything out of the bag. Finished his text. Scanned my equipment and said it will be canceled at midnight tonight. Then right back to texting. With customer service like that, I’m glad I canceled my service.

Dakota helped me. He absolutely put no effort into our interaction and I honestly don't think I've met anyone as unhappy and lifeless as him. Genuinely just quit.

Excellent service,tech support came out to fix an issue,he talked to us like fa.ily really respectful,helpful he (jerred) went above and beyond when he came out and as far as in store everyone was so polite very helpful and the young man that got our phone service switched over was awesome and got our stuff done quickly, spectrum store and cable service is the best I've had by far,very helpful respectful professional and will talk to you like a normal person kind of people,I enjoy them kind of people
