Me and my fiancee unexpectedly lost our beloved kitty recently and it's been pretty tough on both of us, but especially my fiancee. He had a blanket specifically for him that he loved to lounge on. I had a very specific idea in mind to get a portrait of him on the blanket for us to remember him by, which turned out to be a pretty extensive project because I had a very specific vision and it was hard to capture him because he was an all black cat. Drew and the team there were very helpful and were never deterred by my many small nitpicks and preferences to make it perfect. Drew kept me in the loop at every step of the way and they were always happy to make any big or small changes to the design to make sure the final product was exactly what I wanted. And after all that time and effort, we absolutely love how it turned out. My fiancee had tears of joy and loved the end result. I have to say, the quality and dedication to our needs, especially for the price, is insane. I'm so happy I went here!

It takes 1 month to print even for a single piece. Better to see other places. And the old man at the front desk is harsh.

Got a name embroidered on a jacket here and the results were good. The only thing is I don’t remember them asking me how big I would like the font or lettering to be and it was a lot smaller on the jacket than I thought it would come out. Also if you plan on getting anything embroidered here they are usually backed up two or three weeks so plan on getting it done ahead of time!
