Everything me and my son orders our Sub it's fantastic. Lucas and Haley are wonderful people. I will not go to another Subway because this is my favorite place to eat. Thank you for being so kind to your customers.Vegetarian options: Veggie Sub is Great!

On Dec. 11 I ordered a sub for delivery. The delivery time kept getting later and later. The order was eventually cancelled by Subway. My son put the charge on his credit card. He just noticed that the charge wasn’t cancelled. I tried calling the store but the call went straight to voice mail. And there was no way to leave a message. Poor way to run a business.

I ordered food through their website. They kept increasing the estimated delivery time until they canceled. However, they still charged me for the order.

Don’t let your minor child work here. They break so many laws pertaining to minors. The district manager is mean, hateful. Fires people before they get there 90 days after they worked all those shifts alone, closing alone, all to be fired without warning and no proof. She doesn’t want to give raises after 90 days so she finds a reason to fire you so she doesn’t have to give raises. Don’t work here or let your minor teenager work here.

The VAULT ONLINE only sub was terrible i got 2 and got the amount of chicken they would put on a quarter of the one from Airway in Fairborn. NOT WORTH THE PRICE AT ALL COULD HAVE FILLED THE TABLE WITH HOT POCKETS AND BEEN HAPPEIER

Today, I had just finished shopping in Walmart. As I was leaving, I noticed that there was no line in Subway. My husband requested a sandwich there. I hurried to the order section and saw a note that said, "Back in 10 minutes." I didn't know how long ago the sign was placed there so I decided to load the groceries in the car, then go back inside for the sub. When I went inside, there was a young man at the counter. He was in the process of building a sub. He told me (mumbling,) it would be at least 15 minutes before he could get to me, the only person physically in the store, because he was working on a large order. I thanked him, turned and walked out. Normally, I wouldn't take the time to comment on this incident, but it actually irked me that this guy could only handle the one order with absolutely no multitasking skills. It's not even his fault. It's unfortunately what the workforce has been reduced to now. Not totally to be blamed by Covid, although Covid has had a severe impact on the workforce or lack there of. I don't frequent Subway often. It's always a result of my husband's choice. I drove through the outside mall to another Subway, got the sub right away and went home. I've noticed a pattern in the different Subway's I've gone to... always understaffed and always new employees. For whatever reason, I suspect it's management, they cannot seem to keep their employees. I never was a fan but occasionally for convenience... but convenience is no longer a factor. Just dissatisfied again.

I am not sure if one star is even worthy. I don’t know if the lady tonight is new or what. . But please hire people that know fundamentals of food hygiene and cleanliness.Lady had the gates drawn already which is whatever but I walked in and she was texting in her phone madly and did not wash her hands prior to gloves.Then while others walked in she charged me with her gloves on and went back to making the customers sandwiches without changing them or anythingLike ew!I’ll be calling later and if one can’t believe this and chooses to take the employees word by mouth insteadJust view the cameras from 7:20-7:31 pm per my receipt timing.It’s better we don’t get sandwiches if this is how individuals will work here.!
