I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new car from Jeff Wyler Hyundai of Beavercreek. I would like to take a moment to share my positive feedback and highlight the service I received.From the moment I stepped foot into the dealership, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff. Cole Swank, the salesperson I had was knowledgeable and interested in understanding my needs and preferences. Cole took the time to listen to my requirements and guided me through the entire car-buying process with professionalism and expertise.The dealership had a large selection of vehicles. The cars were readily available for test drives. Cole Swank, the salesperson I had was informative, allowing me to experience the car's features and performance.Once I made my decision to purchase a car, the paperwork and documentation process was smooth and efficient. The dealership staff answered all my questions.After the purchase, the dealership continued to follow up to answer questions.Overall, the entire team, from the sales staff to the finance department, demonstrated a high level of professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to customer satisfaction. I would recommend Jeff Wyler Hyundai of Beavercreek to anyone in search of a new car.

Ozzie Rached is amazing and so helpful! When another sales person forgot me and another lied to me he was the one who was there helped me and was honest with me. He went the extra step to follow me to my mom’s house for her to be able to sign the papers for the car because she didn’t feel comfortable leaving the house<3 Again thank you !! My husband will be hopefully purchasing his next car with him as well!

I have continued to have an amazing experience at this dealership. I purchased my car this summer and have had it in two times for an oil change. Each department has always been efficient, respectful of my time and have gone above and beyond to assist me. When I purchased my car, I was very concerned about a monthly payment. JP from management was able to crunch numbers with me and get me into a vehicle that was in my price range (that I still loved). I was very pleased with the trade-in process as well. I was able to get way more out of my Toyota Camry than I thought was possible. I traveled from out of town to do business here, and I will continue to return. I highly recommend

Cole Swank did an OUTSTANDING job helping us with the selection and purchase of our 2024 Hyundai Palisade. He was cordial, conscientious and thorough throughout the process. Buying a car can be so stressful!!! Though the team at Jeff Wyler knows how to put you at ease and help you walk out the door confidently with the decisions you made. Exceptional customer service all across the board but I must say the finance manager really shines. David helped walk me through all available options and packages and find one that would truly fit my needs. His expertise and knowledge made all the difference in my car buying experience. 1000/10 David is the guy to talk to!!!

Service center here is fantastic. Really friendly service staff. They keep you well informed about everything. Very comfortable area to wait while your car is being serviced. I haven't had great experiences with dealership service in the past, but Jeff Wyler changed that. I've had a positive experience every time I've been here.

I can’t say enough good about Rocky at Jeff Wyler!!!!!! She was so amazing!!! Her and her whole team who worked on my car deal!!! Over 200 cars later and me being EXTREMELY picky I got the exact kind of car I wanted and at a reasonable price!!!! I’m so happy and will now only be using Rocky for all my future cars!! Came from North Carolina to Ohio for my car and it was so worth it 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Our salesman, Ozzie, was very likable and personable. However I did not leave the dealership happy. We did leave with a “NEW” vehicle with over FOUR THOUSAND MILES on it with NO price acknowledgment. I can’t help but wonder just how much I would have been offered if I would immediately tried to trade it in for another vehicle. My wife is happy therefore I’m happy too. Well played Ozzie but I personally will not go back.

I took my 2022 car in at 8am and was told by a service representative that my car would be finished in two hours. When I had not received a call by 11:30 am I called at 12 and spoke to a sales representative that told me he would put me on a quick hold to find out the status of my vehicle. I was on hold for 10 minutes until the call ended itself. I called back again at 2 pm and was again informed by a sales representative that he would check the status of my vehicle and I was again left on hold just for the call to end itself. I then called at 3:30 and the same thing happened once again. it wasn’t until 4:00 pm when my friend called asking for an update on “his friends car” that he was able to get ahold of a service department representative which informed us that it would be done in the next 10-15 minutes. I arrived at 4:35pm and waited to be helped for about 15 minutes just to be told that they were supposed to call me to get approval to work on my battery issue. The sales lady offered me 10% off even though I knew it should have been covered under warranty. I then agreed that I would pay and it took them until the next day, for a simple battery port repair to be replaced. The next day I got a call informing me that my car was finished even though the day before I was told that it takes less than an hour to complete. I will never bring my car here for repairs again.

Went in for recall, oil change, and tire rotation. Services provided were great. Experience was less than desirable. Dropped the car off at 830am. Told them I needed the car back by 3. The lady wrote it on my paperwork in big red marker. Called the service center over 6 times from 3pm-4pm and no one ever picked up. I was trying to call to see if my vehicle was ready. Rang for a while and then went to voicemail every time. Left a voicemail but was never called back. Decided to just go over there at 415 to see if it was done and what do you know, it was sitting in the parking lot ready. Time for checkout took 15-20 minutes. This was unacceptable. One of the service advisors was being friendly and thought he remembered me. I said “yep, I’m the guy who still has not been able to get my windshield fixed” he smirked and said, yep, corporate Hyundai can suck sometimes. Context about the windshield…I bought the car in August of 2022. It has imperfections in the windshield. This was replaced in October 2022. When I got the car, the imperfections on the new windshield was WORSE. I went round and round with them about getting it replaced and to this day, I still have not been able to get Wyler to replace it. I will NEVER do business with a Wyler dealership. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

They went above and beyond to make sure that we found the perfect car within our budget, and we couldn't be happier. Thank you for making this such a wonderful and memorable experience! I was treated very professionally at the same time being courteous by making sure that I was doing ok and that I understood everything in the paperwork. My Son came with me as I was a little nervous and both my Son and the agent made sure that I sailed through the whole experience. It took a while to get everything sorted out, but I was made to feel comfortable and confident with the whole experience. I would certainly recommend this dealer as well as saying thank you to Ozzie for taking care us.
