Amber is very responsive, quick to answer and really listening to requests and concerns. She found a truck we liked, got it to the Beavercreek location for us to see, and did everything she could to make sure we were informed and comfortable with our purchase. I would absolutely go see her again for future car needs!

We have nothing but great things to say about Amber. Mentioned that we were interested in the 2019 Dodge Ram and she made it happen within a matter of just a couple hours. We talked, said our concerns, she listened and gave us her undivided attention. She was so friendly and welcoming from the moment we showed up, to even after our purchase. She was very transparent and honest with every detail about our purchase. We highly recommend asking for Amber when you go to visit the SVG in Beavercreek! :)

I just have to say that Chris Cappola was amazing! He went above and beyond to help me get into the car of my dreams. He was so kind, patient and informative. He kept me in the loop every step of the way through the whole process. The finance peeps and other sales peeps were also very friendly and helpful. It felt like I was hanging out with some of my good friends. Great atmosphere, great customer service, great cars and amazing prices! 10 out of 10 I would go back here again and have Chris help me buy another car. If your in the market for a used car definitely check SVG motors out!

I don’t know why, but I never thought I would purchase a car at SVG. I’ve always purchased at a dealership. But I started at the Beavercreek location just to drive to the parking lot and see a variety of cars. We met Anthony and he was an incredible help. Not pushy, very supportive, and helped me and my husband with test driving several vehicles. The next week, he let me know of a vehicle like what I wanted at one of their sister stores in Washington Courthouse. It took me a while and some comparing, but again Anthony was never pushy. I drove off with my new 2024 Grand Highlander and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks Anthony and Washington Courthouse SVG crew.

I financed a 2018 dodge charger (110k miles) with high hopes of owning my dream vehicle. It had some cosmetic issues but they promised would be fixed through their “paintless dent repair” program so everything started perfect!ONE DAY after owning the vehicle the first gear went out in my transmission and I called to return it or trade it in for something different. They advised me to bring it in to have their maintenance team check it out before I do anything and scheduled it on my 7th day of owning the vehicle.It had many other issues I found as well, the rear driver door wouldn’t open from the outside, the sun visor mirrors were broken, headlights bulbs were shot, holes in the seats and headliner from cigarette burns, the door panels and dash were peeling back from sun damage. And all of the dents and dings on the body were still there (about 7-10 in total ranging from a quarter size, with 1 the size of a small plate on the trunk.) After 24 hours of owning the car I was completely done and wanted to return it.Upon limping the car to the shop with 1st gear completely gone, they had me wait 2 and a half hours with no rental just to tell me the only things they fixed were the headlight bulbs and the mirrors on the sun visors. And that if I wanted to exchange the car to come back tomorrow (which was my 8th day owning the car) due to my salesman not being in. Frustrated after arguing for half an hour I left and planned to come back the next morning.Upon returning I called to make sure the sales person was there they confirmed he was, as soon as I showed up I was greeted by the general manager who brought me to her office and immediately told me that it was my 8th day owning the vehicle and that I had to trade it in instead of exchanging. I refused and demanded them to take the the car back and that I didn’t even want to deal with them anymore due to the unprofessional behavior. They refused any other option and we brought the word lawyer into the case because I had my lawyer in there with me recording the interaction and we were told to leave and that we could no longer trade in or get any services done at their establishments.My credit union currently has the car, I called and told them svg is responsible for everything and that there is no way I would pay 520$ for the car a month and be responsible to fix all of the issues and transmission especially when I purchased the protection package and was promised that the cosmetic issues would be fixed.Now I sit with a car on my credit until svg decides to admit fault and claim responsibility, or until I go to court and provide video and phone evidence of them refusing to fix or return the vehicle. This has been a headache and I strongly recommend to never go to any svg motors. I have gone all the way up the chain even to their owner just to be told he would look into it and I haven’t had an email back since.

The first thing I should say is that this was only my second time purchasing a vehicle. My first vehicle was purchased from a private seller. I have to say while the staff were polite, 95% of the time we were sitting alone. Waiting for a loan approval. This took about 5 hours. By the time I was finally approved, I started having doubts about the bank that they were able to get me through. Shortly after signing the papers and taking the vehicle home, I started doing research. Finding that the bank I had signed with had poor reviews, especially when it came to auto loans. I also started not liking the vehicle after driving it around a bit. But the final nail in the coffin that made return the vehicle within their 7 day return policy, was multiple letters I had received from several banks. Including the bank I signed with stating that my loan had been denied. Not wanting to deal with a problem, I returned the vehicle. A week later I purchased a vehicle from a different dealership with a loan from the bank I personally use.
