Talbots at the Greene is absolutely the best place for clothing for women age 40 and up. The customer service is remarkable and the clothing is fashionable but practical. It is top notch for quality and customer service! Meghan is an especially helpful and knowledgeable sales associate!

I tried twice to shop at this location. First time during my lunchtime and the store was closed (for lunch I guess) ??? Second time after I got off work. Got there at 6:05pm and the store was closed again. They now close at 6:00 pm. I hope you don't expect sales when you are always closed as soon as people get off work. I will not make another attempt to catch them when they happen to be open.

Horrible employees at this location. Agree with what the other posts have said. You are followed around and can't touch anything without it being removed as if you have the plague. You have to stand on stars in order to be waited on or acknowledged. The location in Oakwood is much friendlier!

Bad experience 6.6.20. New policies that any clothes a shopper holds up or tries on must be removed from sales floor, and a shopper may not try on more than 5 pieces. These policies result in negative outcomes: 1) low supply of sizes, 2) discouraging shopping, and 3) making me feel unwelcome. I will shop elsewhere.
