The lines seem to be impressively long every single time I come. Other than that it’s just like any other target.

This used to be my favorite store. We came here every weekend with my son, got our Starbucks and bought a bunch of stuff we didn't need. We even jokingly called it church because we went here religiously every single weekend. Then target rolled back DEI. I've avoided y'all since. Kroger and dollar tree get that money now. Hope it was worth it. Seems like y'all have lost billions in the past month 😂 Respect to the employees still having to put up with you, I hope they get better job offers elsewhere.

Super long lines for self check out in the middle of the day due to all but one actual check out lane open. Not sure why they do that but I hear tons of people complain in the line. Makes me not want to shop there anymore :/

I used to enjoy shopping here, but as of around December 2024, the store really went downhill. Every time I come, there’s merchandise out of place. The store is really crowded, with lines sometimes stretching all the way to the frozen section of the store. Self check out is usually closed. Bathrooms are filthy, disruptive invasive patrons. The food is really unique so that’s why I’m giving this two stars.

Good selection, helpful staff. Only two stars because whether direction from corporate or management issues there's never enough staffing at the front to check out. I'm not talking reasonable waits either, waits that make you consider just putting everything down and walking out.

How about we have the self checkout workers sit behind the screen and mind their own business instead of yelling at customers where to stand and when registers are open when its clearly visible. Getting rudely yelled at for where to stand in line when I was already out of the way. So unnecessary and uncalled for.

This Target is severely understaffed and understocked as a result. I have never had a bad experience with a staff member here but trying to find an in stock product? It’s quite a task. The employees are so stretched out that you can’t ask for help and you feel bad pulling them away from the things that they have to do. I can say with confidence that this is the worst Target I’ve ever been to and that is to no fault of the non-managerial staff.

No DEI initiatives = No business.
Officially done with Target.

Rating not reflective of the employees, they are always kind and helpful even with the short staffing. Corporate, store management, whoever, has not addressed the massive checkout lines stretching halfway to the pharmacy because there’s one lane, and just the 4 self check outs open at any given time. I have been coming here for the pharmacy, but am switching because there’s no point in going to a target pharmacy if it’s an ordeal to actually shop at target before/after picking up my meds.

Only 3 registers open 4 days before Christmas. Long lines and no-one stopping cutting. Really poor service.

Only 1 register & 3 self checkout lanes open on a Wednesday at 12pm. These poor employees are so disgruntled with the lack of support & workers. I know management is having a hard time with workers, but also losing business with people not wanting to wait.
Added another picture from a Sunday at 3:30pm. 2 registers open and 4 self checkouts.

Went shopping last Friday after work. The girls cloth and shoe departments, which were the 2 areas I was shopping in were absolutely trashed. I honestly couldn't belive the condition of the girls clothing section, it was very embarrassing. I ended up coming back again on Sunday to make another purchase and the clothing section was in the exact same devastated state. That means at least 2 days of not cleaning their facilities. Come on guys, even walmart cleans their stores. I don't want to give my business to a store that is in constant shambles. I understood black friday to an extent, but the same exact mess 2 days later? That isn't understandable.

I went to Beavercreek OH Target today. The women’s section looked like a tornado went through it. I can’t believe people do this but also that Target lets their store look like this. Pictures posted.

Not the best experience with a younger man at the service desk to complete a return (with receipts) he was rather rude and bothered to do anything.

Management might think they're saving money by cutting cashier staffing in the late evening and closing down self checkout early, but I've got news for you: I guarantee I'm not the only one who's walked up to the checkout with merchandise in the cart, ready to buy, but who saw the incredibly long line, checked the time, remembered I needed to be somewhere soon, and decided to buy it tomorrow at Walmart instead..
No, it's not an isolated incident. You folks seem to shut self checkout down early basically every night.
Saving money? No, you're losing money & customers. You're not the only game in town for competitive prices. Next time I'll save even more time by not even bothering to stop into Target whatsoever. Straight to Walmart for this guy... where they actually have enough business sense to keep their self checkout lanes open!
