Where do I start..my husband started vaping 3 months ago, but was starting to get bored with all the shops around us. So we drove 40 min to Beavercreek and tried this shop first. We walk in and the man at the counter starts telling us that he doesn't buy the juices with the nicotine mixed in, he adds it when you buy it. He proceeded to tell us that in doing this he saves $12 in taxes, insinuating that he passes the savings onto the customers. When he was trying to take the lid off of one we selected, his hands were all over the spout and it ended up spilling. He said he would discount it. When he rang us up, not only did he not give us a discount, but he charged at least $10 more per bottle than we have EVER paid anywhere else. So 100ml bottle we usually pay between $15-$20 regularly, he charged $30 a bottle, and of course waited until they had already been open and mixed. Absolute rip off and a conman. Lesson learned, we will absolutely NEVER go back to the store again. Since we already drove so far we went about a mile down the street to Beavercreek Tobacco and Vape, and wow, the gentleman was polite, very knowledgeable about the products and even knew about new products that were coming out soon. The selection was way better. This shop has the most mods and e-liquids we had ever seen. And we have tried at least 15 different shops. Dont waste your time at the Vapor Garage.

One of the best vape shops in the Dayton surrounding area. great selection of liquids and other vape needs. Very friendly and the owner Ken is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. I highly recommend this store.

Customer service is amazing. Had trouble with one of my vapes and they replaced it. Gave me some great information on other ones. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I've been going here since I changed jobs, and let me tell you, I never want for service. Whether you're on a budget or have a thousand questions, these guys are endlessly, patiently helpful, and when I have an issue, they're always ready to rectify the situation, even if the problem wasn't their fault; I once brought in a new vape I'd bought from a shop nearby that had some problems with the coils included, and they were ready to help in an instant. Their time, expertise, and assistance is worth every penny I spend here. Cheers!

This business will sell you things you don't need, and then refuse to offer a refund. It would be nice to file a BBB complaint, except they don't do business with them, big surprise there.

We’ve been using this vape shop since we moved to the area 5 years ago, and have spent hundreds of dollars here. Several times we’ve been in, we’ve been sold the incorrect coils for our tanks. The most recent visit - today - my husband specifically asked for help to make sure we got the right coils. He was handed a box, told they were the correct kind, and he bought them. When he got home, he realized they were AGAIN the wrong coils, and would not fit in his device. Upon calling the store, two separate employees told him that they would NOT exchange the incorrect coils for the correct ones. I can understand if he hadn’t asked and the mistake was his own, but the employee literally picked these coils and sold them to him. The wrong ones. Why should we have to eat that cost? And considering this is not the first, or even second or third, time we’ve been sold the incorrect product, we won’t be back.

I had spent over 100 dollars there and when I got home he had given me the wrong coils. So I wasn't in a hurry to go all the way back there. I go there about 4 weeks later and was purchasing more items and just wanted to exchange the coils for the right ones and she says they have a 7 day return policy. I did not want to return them just exchange them, I had no use for the wrong ones. I asked to speak to someone else and she said with a bit of an attitude that she was the manager. Then she says I can give you a 15% discount but didn't do that since I got 5 dollars discount from spending over a hundred dollars the last time I was there. I spent over a hundred dollars again but they won't get my money again! This was Oct.14th.
