He messed up our state return and hasn’t returned my phone call.He also instructed us to put $3600 per child on our updated W4s, even though the child credit was dropped to $2000 per child in 2022.

Highly Recommend! We've been with UAI for years, even after moving out-of-state. Steve is very knowledgeable, and I still call him before making business structure decisions. Like many people, I run to the wire getting documents in for filing, and he's always accommodating and makes it happen.

I wouldn’t go back. He made a mistake on my taxes (he entered my social security number incorrectly on my tax form) and he won’t return my emails or other communications to fix HIS error. Worst accountant I’ve been to in the Dayton/Beavercreek area and has showed he doesn’t care about his clients.***I finally received a response ONLY AFTER I posted the above review (then the below response was written by the business owner). Clearly was done to save face. Customers beware

Updated Review: We were referred over by a coworker and I was finally was able to talk to Steve directly. He seemed really nice over the phone and was upfront about pricing. In comparison to other locations we’ve called, price is a little higher but I’ve read excellent reviews on this location. We will definitely keep UAI in mind for tax prep.

Had to use an accounting firm this year to address some issues outside the norm. It paid for itself in the end as well as he provided valuable advice for the upcoming year as wife started in on the gig economy. Will definitely be back for the 2022 tax year to maximize those tax benefits due.

Great experience doing our taxes with UAI! My husband owns a small business and this was our first time doing taxes with the business. We had a great experience and it was super fast. Even had toys for the kids to play with while we did our taxes. We will be going back every year ?

I usually do my own taxes but this year with a home sale I thought it best to use UAI services. The whole thing took about 30 minutes. I will use UAL in the future when the situation warrant their expertise.

Filing your taxes with UAI accounting pays for itself. Mr. Updegraff not only did a phenomenal job saving me lots of money on my taxes, but he also went through the taxes done for me by HR block and found me even more savings on my past filings!Best of all, he is very responsive and easy to reach via his website chat feature. I was expecting to not hear from him for a couple of days but got a response just a few minutes later.
