The staff here was amazing. The are extremely attentive. Especially Jordyn, she was amazing. I am trying to be a bit more health conscious with the products I buy so I have an app, I use that rates products and list potential risks. She didn't look at me weird or try to rush me along. I told her what I was looking for and she recommended some things. As we went to the different products she would flip the barcode over for me to scan the product. She literally took me around the store showing me products and allowing me to scan to check for good and excellent ratings. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchases and my experience. The staff is always friendly when I go into Ulta but Jordyn literally shined today. Give her a raise.

Very disappointed and very expensive price-with my hair results with the actual haircut or color service, poor customer service, and unexpected I will never recommend to anyone.

I WILL NEVER RETURN!! I HAVE BEEN TO THIS LOCATION MANY TIME WITHOUT ANY ISSUES. AS SOON AS I WALKED IN I WAS ASKED WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. I LET THEM KNOW I KNEW WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND I LOOKED AROUND . I WAS FOLLOWED AND EVERY MOVE I MADE I WAS WATCHED!!!. IT WAS SO INTESNSE I PURPOSELY MADE THE ASSOCIATE WALK CIRCLES AROUND ME. SHE FOLLOWED ME ME EVERYWHERE!. ANOTHER LADY WORKING THERE ASKED IF I NEEDED ANYTHING I TOLD HER THAT I WAS LEAVING, AND THAT I WAS BEING FOLLOWED AND WATCHED !!! SHE TOOK UP FOR HER CO WORKER AND SAID SHE WAS DOING HER JOB....
I TOLD THEM TO THEIR FACE THAT I WOULD GO TO SEPHORA AND SPEND WITH THEM. AND I DID. ONE LADY WAS TALL...BIG GLASSES AND WAVY BLACK HAIR! THE OTHER HAD BLONDE HIGHLIGHTS AND LIP INJECTIONS... NEVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN!!

I walked into this Ulta location looking for an eyeshadow primer and told the woman helping me (older lady with blonde curly hair and dark roots) I only want to spend $XX, she agreed, then walked me straight over to the Urban Decay display. The product was over my budget and I made a “yikes” face, to which she replied “well, you can’t put a price on quality products”. I let her know that really I was just looking for the Ulta brand primer, as that’s what I’d been using and it worked like a dream. She insisted I try the Urban Decay because it’s much better (it’s not at all).
I walk up to the register to use my gift card, and the girl ringing me out told me my gift card was either out of funds, or just not working and to try another form of payment. I assured her it was a brand new gift card and asked her to run it again one more time, she did, and it worked. Then she informed me that she couldn’t print me a receipt, handed me my bag and called for the next customer.
So now, I’m stuck with a product I didn’t really even want, nor did I want to spend that much on, nor one that I can return due to a store/training/machine error. It’s very frustrating to me that this is the closest location to my home.
