There is lady named Kesha in credit adjustments working at this location who is so incompetent and rude that she has made it nearly impossible for me to pay on my husband's account and on purpose. She is completely unethical and lousy with communicating with others. I have been calling and paying on his account for years and because she didn't like what I had to say she has been ignoring my calls and wrote something in the memos that implies no-one will let me pay on his account even though my husband has called to give permission. She needs to be fired. I also am not sure but she took our bank information a month ago and turns out There is no payment taken... she clearly can't be trusted!

Do not have their updated hours of operation registered with Google and they have entire days of the week, today included, that they simply are not open!

I deposited over six hundred dollars in cash through the ATM at the Beavercreek branch to my credit union, Atomic credit union. The amount that was credited to my account didn’t match, so I complained to U1. They said I have to go through my credit union, they can’t do anything because I’m not a member. My credit union said it’s their ATM, we can’t do anything, so weeks later the money showed up in my account. I called my credit union and they told me that U1 found their mistake and sent the money to Atomic, which went into my account. However, weeks later, U1 contacted my credit union and they said they made another mistake & they need the money back, so my credit union gave it back. Neither credit union contacted me, just pulled it out right after I paid my bills. This sent me into a negative balance. My credit union waved their overdraft fees, because I wasn’t contacted before they pulled the funds. But I’m still out of $127.00 that U1 lost during this transaction. I will never deposit any funds cash or check through ATM again, especially through U1.

I would put Zero stars if it was possible. Do not go here. They will hold your money and accounts hostage. They neglected to tell us of the 9 business day hold on new account deposites and when we asked if they could verify the checks that we deposited from our employers they said no. We have utility bills and a mortgage riding on those checks having cleared and they still wouldn't help us in any way. DO NOT USE THIS BANK. Especially if you have anything important riding on it.

Wonderful customer service. Far more understanding than Chase bank (who had messed up our request three times). I highly recommend this U1 location!

We opened a business account here because a nice lady we met at church told us she works here so my partner and I decided to open a business account. Unfortunately, it has been repeatedly that 90% of the time I call the customer service line, there is a rude rude rude gentleman with a rude tone and attitude "assisting" customers. This last time after he verified I am the co owner of our business account I asked to add my phone number to the account since only my partner's is there and I needed assistance logging in online he was rude to me and very condescending. He didn't even care to make sure he even got my phone number down correctly. Seriously closing my account with them soon! This is very unprofessional to have a rude "customer service profesional" talking to customers like that. This is not he first time and I am done giving my money to people that treat hire unprofessional and rude people. Open a bank account elsewhere! Don't let this happen to you that it is only nice as far as the account manager lady but then the customer service treats you as if you are an annoyance to them.

This used to be a great bank but I've been havin major problems with them lately. A few months ago I sent them a check through the tube drive-through in the girl tried to act like she was taking $300 out of my acount and I had to make it a point to tell her and she said she made a mistake. Then just today I had to call them because they tried to over draft me after I put a check in the night deposit Box Wednesday night so they got at Thursday morning. I make credit card payments on Friday and they tried to overdraft it. They got it fix but it was still a pain in the butt.

Very rude associates, and the manager is just as rude if not more so. We had to use this location for a sister bank to deposit, never again will come back to this location, we will find another location that is sister to our bank!
