The gentleman I purchased the furniture from at Value City was very knowledgeable very respectful plus he approached us I did not have to come looking for a salesperson. He offered his Services soon as we walked in the door. Most of the time when I come to any other Value City Store I have to go look for a sales person. So that is the main reason I bought something from him how he been over backwards and spend time and had me look things over to make sure I really wanted the items. The only downfall I had to wait a whole month just to get half my order I still have to wait until the 30th to get my other half of the furniture that I ordered. I'm just lucky I have a second family room that has Furniture in the TV. A whole month is really sad with no discount.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Their furniture is so cheap and breaks within 3 months. & then when you buy their $400 warranty they refuse to warrant the item and put you on hold for 3 hours. Ridiculous customer service.

Well Value City you could’ve done better for the amount of money we spent. Scratches/marks in the front of the sofa, NO BED FRAME. Said “It doesn’t come with one.” We asked REPEATEDLY about the frame during the purchase. We were assured multiple times we were good. *(They did make good on that, but we had to pick it up. It sucked, so we had to order another one. ?) Mattress was wrapped, but got wet, which got one of the box springs wet. *NEW mattress and box spring coming next week. A “technician” coming next week to look at the couch. The delivery guys “couldn’t see it” and tried to say it was part of the pattern. Might be due to one of them smelling like pot. (Short one) We’ll see if things are made right, will consider changing my review.

Customer service is absolutely non existent. Do not waste your money purchasing here. The furniture they sell is trash and the warranty company is only one notch above the store itself as far as customer service goes. Go literally anywhere else.
