Probably one of the slowest pharmacy's anywhere.. one person passing out prescriptions while everyone else is talking and laughing..if someone has a problem they literally let them call their Dr. While people are standing in line.. took me 33 min to get a prescription..absolutely ridiculous..do your job..

The pharmacy is understaffed and overworked. If you call about a prescription through the automated feature, your prescription doesn't even show up on the pharmacy radar. If you call and talk to someone in the pharmacy, they will promise you a time that it will be ready, but it isn't. You have to meet with them eye to eye in order for the prescription to be filled... but you must come back to pick it up.

Have used this place for many many years and in the past year this place has gone down hill. You submit a scrip and are told when it will be ready. They text you and say it’s ready for pick up and when you get there it isn’t ready. They blame corporate for all their issues. I have migraine meds that come in sealed box and didn’t notice until I counted the meds that one was missing. Where did the med go? No response but they did replace. Some of the staff is very rude and when they tell you the med isn’t ready after you got a text to pick it up, they said just come back later. I live 30 mins away from this place. Needless to say I’m moving my scrips to another pharmacy and contacting corporate to report this.

My cousin is disabled and is on social security and disability and has been on seizure medication for roughly 50 years - Dilantin. The pharmacist who should be advocating for my cousin to get his medication, very inexpensive st that, are not and withholding his medication that could cause him to emergently go to the emergency room. As a critical care nurse and legal nurse this abuse of power and u ethical conduct needs to be addressed immediately. There are reports going to be made to his ombudsman, CMS, TJC and the board of pharmacy. This conduct that multiple pharmacist have now displayed shows systemic abuses within this organization. Look up Dilantin and my cousin has called and been in this store many times over the last few months trying to advocate getting this life saving medication. Tried to call on Saturday and on a 2 hour break and not answering calls nor taking messages. WOW!

Pharmacist here is extremely lacking and RUD . My doctor gave me 90 days supply in order to pay one time co pay for the medication, pharmacist gave me only 30 days supply in order to pay three times co pay for the medication and always no medication in stock customers must wait for med to arrive the other thing if you call the pharmacy you need take day off in order to speak with some one after several hours on hold .

The management of the pharmacy needs major improvement. They go to lunch at 1:30 so if you call at 1 they will leave you on hold for the entire 30 minutes and then just leave for lunch. It’s 2:30 now and I’m on hold again with only one person ahead of me but have been on hold for over 20 minutes… again. Customer service is not their strong point. Hire more help!

I recently started a new prescription and have been filling it at this Walgreens; They have been the kindest people the entire time, calling to check up on me if there have been any issues or questions, noticing an online refill didn't go through and getting it for me later that day, and checking up to see if I needed a refill on another prescription or not.
They are incredibly kind, and I'm so thankful for them! Thanks for calling to check up on me just now as well; you all are so sweet!

I came into Walgreens hoping to find help in the photo department and immediately upon meeting Kaylee she was warm, bubbly, and welcoming. I really appreciate that she stayed and walked me through step by step what I needed to do. I had such a good experience above and beyond what I expected from Walgreens! The customer service, skill sets, and experience demonstrated by Kaylee was exceptional, and I hope that Walgreens continues to hire employees such as her in the future! Thank you again Kaylee for all your help!! Exceptional!!

Pharmacy staff is utterly incompetent, do not get your prescription filled here. They will lose your prescription and always put zero in for your refills. I repeat do not use them.

It is the slowest drive-thru Walgreens I have ever been through. I have never been here without turning my entire car off. I am sitting in the line right now texting this, as I do not fill out reviews maybe three in my life and I'm almost 70. Nothing personal the people are just as friendly as can be when you finally get to the window. I purposely waited until after 7:00 p.m. hoping not to have to wait so long.

This Pharmacy has been nothing but helpful. Cora has helped me out more times than I can count. She even remembers to get my RX’s ready when they’re in the Profile to be ready for me.
