Manager lady is an asshole. Had a miserable day and you made it worse. Couldn't by one pair of nail clippers for a torn nail after a long, exhausting drive. Be a human being. Have some empathy.

The young power happy kid working customer service . Was very rude to me .I noticed him bring rude to everyone . I felt so bad for the lady behind me . While I was waiting to talk to manager. This kid argued with me for 15 minutes.about a refund I had a receipt for . I felt he had something wrong with him . He was throwing stuff around . Just a terrible attitude.

Pretty decent as far as Walmarts go.Plenty of selection, plenty of stock, it's warm, it's not dirty, staff is overall decent people, and the store isn't under construction. Pretty big to me for Walmart.

Showed up for my pick up order, after receiving a notification that it was ready. Proceeded to wait 15 minutes after checking. One of the employees casually walked out to inform me that the order would be a few more minutes. Fifteen minutes late I called back, to hear that they were getting the last few items. Why did I order ahead...I could have shopped myself. Total incompetence!!Never shop here!

I tried to exchange my airpods because they quit working so i Googled the correct way and everything i needed to exchange them. I get to the store and the lady at the store was a total Karen and i never did get my airpods exchanged and from now on i will shop at Target and even applied for a Target Red card because I'm sick of walmart Sam Walton would be rolling in his grave right now

Wanted to purchase a power tool, a circular saw. I go back to the hardware department and they are all locked up behind a glass case. Why? I understand with small valuable things, but these are in larger boxes and kind of bulky. It would be very unlikely someone could shoplift these. Regardless, i ask a employee to unlock the case for me. He can't find the key. He calls for someone else who supposedly has a key. Nobody showed up. I asked him 3 more times and 3 more times he called for someone. Nobody ever showed up. After 30 minutes i gave up and left. Went home and ordered a better brand off Amazon at a lower price. Yeah, i have to wait a couple days but at least i dont have to stand around in a store.

What an actual sh*t hole. Everything is unorganized. Half of the items have no price tag and when you go to check out you realized it's way over priced. Not many options for anything compared to other stores like target, meijer, Kroger, etc. Walmart is terrible and this Walmart in particular is especially terrible. I'm never going here again.

horrible customer service. I purchased a gift card for 500$ it didnt load the money. I went back to walmart , no one is helping me, never coming back here again
