IN our opinion and IN our hearts, we do not recommend
Wes Banco mortgage home loan department!
Especially, in the VA loan application, to buy a home, for our hard working and sacrificing Veterans!
My wife is an honored US NAVY Veteran, who sacrificed and worked hard for her earned VA home benefits!
In our opinion we felt traumatized by Wes Banco loan process and we felt that we could be Homeless!
In January 2023, these are the facts: there were
35, 574 Veterans who were Homeless, These are the Military branches most affected by being Homeless: First: The US ARMY : 4.6 %, then second:The US NAVY: 3.3% and third the US MARINES: 3.1%
Our Community, and especially our Banks, need to help all Military Branches: Air Force, Navy, Army, Marines, Coast Guard, and Space Force, Active Duty, Reserves and Veterans and Retired
Veterans!
We got another Bank, who helped Military Veterans, and we got VA approved, got our dream home, in Ohio, and we have been successfully paying our mortgage, paid many successful payments, on our new mortgage, on our beautiful forever Home!
This other Bank helped us, NOT WES BANCO !
We are good human beings, professionals, hard working, who pay all our bills, loans, early and completely!
WE have put aside 3 months of Mortgage payments in our Savings account, for our future mortgage payments!
WE Both work full time, and pay all our bills and loans, always!
We had excellent standing with the VA, since we had successfully paid off another VA Loan on a 300,000 dollars home, and we paid this off with the VA Department, quickly!
The VA approved us, because of our excellent payment history, and prior success of paying off completely our other VA loan!
In addition, It is much more expensive to rent a home, also, there is lack of stability in renting,and that you as a human being are subjected to the whims and moods, rental increases and possible selling of this rental by a Land Lord!
Owning a Home, our mortgage payments were 220 dollars cheaper a month for us!
Our Mortgage payments are cheaper than paying on a Rental Home, plus we have stability( Not having to move every few years, due to rental increases)!
Also, we had the Best Real Estate Agent on earth, who helped us!
Please all Banks, our community needs to consider the Military Veterans sacrifices for our precious Country!
We found another Bank who respected and helped greatly the Military!
We qualified for the VA home loan, and we got a different Bank and a different Loan processor who was very kind and very helpful to us! Not Wes Banco!
Thank God, for this other Bank, who processed VA Home Loan,
in 3 days, and we got our beautiful, forever, dream home, in Ohio!
WE are very thankful to this other Bank, who recognized our value and worth as a Military family, and as precious human beings, who wanted the American Dream, of being a
Home Owner, and having a permanent roof over our heads!
We now can sleep and not fear being Homeless, due to the high cost of Rentals out there !
In our opinion, and from our personal heartbreaking experience,
WE do not recommend Wes Banco for VA home loans!
To others out there, we recommend check out other Banks,
and not give up on your dreams, of being a Home Owner!
WE never gave up, and we stayed strong, we researched other Banks, and we found a Bank, that honored the Military, and also knowing that we qualified, we always pay all our bills!
The VA helped us, God helped us, this other Bank , helped us! (NOT WES BANCO)

Wes Banco, home loan services!
WE do not recommend Wes Banco, and We would give them zero stars, if possible!
WE Never Gave Up, and we got our Dream Home,
from another Bank, that got us VA approved in 3
