The fitting rooms were packed when we went in, but a worker let us know we could buy dresses and return them if they don't fit in a certain amount of time. My girl found her perfect dress and we were out fairly quick! We'll be back for sure!

I always have such a wonderful time here! Two ladies in particular, Klarissa and Bree, are always so very helpful and pleasant. One helped me find a life-saving dress for my sisters dinner party and the other was incredibly kind when I needed help finding a dress in a particular size and color. All in all, I absolutely LOVE Windsor and it’s all because of this specific location and the ladies who work here!

This store is just not it for me. I tried on 3 of their dresses and every single one of them had a giant opening to my privates. I personally wear a large because of my backside but looking at all the sizes it was mostly only Xs-M and I only found one XL. If you want to shop here and have a larger butt I would not recommend. Trying to get it over my butt was uncomfortable and it looked tight and weird. Yes the prices are cheaper than other places but that place was not it.

Showed up early to see the store, to have a look, before we made our decision on where to take these girls. See not everyone has alot of funds to work with, out of the group, and we dont want anyone feeling left out or feel like they didn't have a good selection because of price. These girls deserve the chance to shop at a boutique and be wowed, without straining to look at the tag and feeling intimidated. I know all to well what that was like growing up. Today is no different! This store has incredible prices and the dresses are wow! The store looks so sheak and nice. I was very taken back, in total awe and pure joy, to have found this place. The staff was amazing♡ thank you!

Worst experience here and I will not come back. They are raciest. No managers, the girls were rude. They were on the phones the entire time I was there. I wish they had name tags so I can tell you who gave me most disrespectful shopping experience I ever had. Want good customer service and better clothes quality go to dry goods. They don’t judge you they will greet you when you walk in. The dresses were dirty as well. Sorry if I come off as Karen but it was completely inappropriate and unprofessional.

This place was absolutely amazing! We had been to 5 places to look for a Christmas dress for my 14yr old daughter! We stopped by told told them exactly what we were looking for and they jumped right on it and found her the perfect dress and then a pair of shoes! The two Isabellas, Bella and Izzy you guys rock and definitely appreciate all your help!
