They get one star ,because everytime I think thinks good. They block me out of my account and I have to call them again. This makes the third or fourth time.

Several branch locations but, if/when you need true assistance...good luck! Only took 3 tries to get someone to work with me on getting a car loan (780+ score). Security is also a JOKE! Prepare to have your card information stolen and your account cleaned out. That's when the finger pointing starts with Visa and you'll be stuck in the middle of finger pointing...and nothing either of Then are telling you adds up! Neeeeever have/had this with my other credit union...glad I kept them as a back up! I would HIGHLY advise looking for another credit union if you care about security!

Okay, this review thing is very strange to me. Many 1s, many 5s and some 2s, 3s, and 4s. I'm not discounting others' poor experiences, but I have had nothing but kind and helpful people help me. They're lovely, informative, and patient. When setting up additional accounts, managing fraud alerts, and asking potentially dumb questions, I have nothing but good things to say.

Over the course of this past year, they have started putting a hold on every single check I deposit. This was never an issue before. I have had to call them to have them release the check holds, but now I’m told they can’t always release them. I have been a member for over 20 years; this is absolutely unacceptable. As soon as I can, I am closing my accounts.

So question back when I was 18 I had an account and I owe a loan for about 650 and I have an insurance check of about 50k coming due to a recent death will they reopen my old bank account after I pay this off because I need the bank statements for an apartment or will I even qualify to open another account with them

9 business days and still no debit card. where is my card. I am so irritated my card number was stolen. they froze my card . I can't use it. I told everyone I have spoke with I am a truck driver. I need access to my money. they don't care. it was mailing out on July 21st. it was mailed to the member center on brandt pike in huber heights. this is unacceptable. I stayed out an extra week so my card would be at the bank by the time I get home. I will be home Thursday and still no card. all I was told was sorry. I guess I will have to close my account since wright patt doesn't care about me. I can't live on sorry. I can't buy sorry and eat it. I'm done with wright patt

I have a contract for a financing agreement on an ATV through Wright Patt that was signed and I left with my vehicle almost a month ago.Now that my first payment is due in 2 days I get a letter in the mail saying they CAN NOT give me a loan...but I already got approved a month ago and have the paperworkthat says all the details of our agreement.I am so irritated and stressed out about this situation I dont even know what to do. How am I supposed to make my first payment if they dont send me a bill? Should I call a lawyer?

Avoid these crooks. This is one crappy place to do your banking. I took a few hundred dollars (All they had) in machine rolled half dollars (I look through them for silver coins). When I tried to get more they wouldn't give me any machine rolled coins and would only give me hand rolled ones, I ask why and couldn't get an answer, the teller looked like a deer in the headlights and I can only guess at how much yelling went down when I got the first batch of rilled coins because I found a half dollar worth $40, and two more of value, so my assumption is that someone at the bank goes through the machine rolled coins and takes all the collectables and doesn't want anyone in on their "action". On top of that the "legal team" for this company are shysters and are not to be trusted. Do your banking elsewhere, this place sucks.

Extreme lack of communication when there is a problem! I've tried multiple avenues to get someone, ANYONE, to explain to me what's going on and it's just crickets on their end. I've been a member for over a year now, and applied on-line for one of their credit cards on Wednesday Nov 4th. Almost immediately, one of their people notified me (via secure e-mail) that I had been approved, but that I needed to submit my last two pay stubs and a copy of my driver's license, which I did that same day. That employee's e-mail said the final credit card paperwork would be e-mailed to me by the end of the next day (which would be Thursday, Nov 5th). Never got a thing. On Monday, I e-mailed the employee again, and she said she would check into it and get back to me. She never got back to me. On Tuesday afternoon (10th), I e-mailed her AGAIN and asked for a status. As of Friday afternoon (13th), she still hasn't responded. I logged into my account on Tuesday night and submitted a request to Support to have someone in management contact me and explain what's going on. As of now, no one has. And before you ask me to e-mail you (like you did with those reviews below), I did that already this morning (13th), and as of right now, nothing. Granted, that was just this morning, but I explained all this in the e-mail, and you would think SOMEONE would have the courtesy to at least provide a quick e-mail back to me saying "We're sorry this happened to you. We are looking into this and will get back to you by Monday."

Very inconsistent in their services. One time it takes 2 days for a transfer next time it takes 4-5 days. From same account. It doesn't make sense. I call to see what is going on and it is always someone else's fault. It's always the other bank or the person's fault. This credit union never takes responsibility for the non-uniformity in their banking practices.
