The worst nail salon I’ve been too I’m so mad my nails look hideous

I'm still in so much shock and disbelief at the treatment I had received at this nail salon . First off when I walk in the place was fealthy, and had and intoxicating aroma. I was then greeted nicely so I stayed because I wanted to help out a small business. As I was seated the chair was sticky and looked as if it had not been cleaned. My nail tech then Started filling up the water for my pedicure. She didn't even ask if the water was warm enough because when I placed my feet to the water it was barely lukewarm. She proceeded to do the pedicure. I asked if they had a menu they looked at me like I was crazy . All I wanted to know was what kind of pedicure I was getting . I guess there only one kind . The bad kind because it lasted all if 10 min . And my nails were in a bowl of acid to take off my previous nails. Just one bowl one two hand. I was very uncomfortable. Then I was sent with a man with dirty fingers to do my nails . He didn't ask about what I wanted and he just started cutting my nails didn't ask what length. He was very rough with my hands . He didnt talk at all or answer any of my questions . I then knew I needed a new nail tech . So I asked for one . They looked at me like I was stupid. Then continued to tryna and shape my nails for 3 hours . It was so bad I wanted to cry . I ended up paying full price anyways

Unprofessional & inconsiderate ! I went in today on my lunch break to get a pedicure, I came in with only 2 employees & 2 people already in the chair so I sat around & waited 30 minutes. A lady ended up coming in they sat her down he then came over & started my water & said I was next .. then I seen he went & did the lady’s nails who came in after me without any communication like my time didn’t mean anything !

Made a full set gel appointment 3 wks in advance! With the guy that “manages” the front desk, calls. He used to do a great job! I gave him 5 stars. I only pick him. I made my appt the day I was leaving for airport in centerville to Cincinnati cvg on 12/18@ 1:00. He scheduled me personally with CELL NUMBER. Imagine my surprise when I show up early and wait but it’s cold out so I go to wait till 1:00 inside and they are CLOSED…SIGN SAYS NEW HOURS CLOSED MONDAYS . He should have CALLED ME! Respect of appts is a 2 WAY STREET QT NAILS

Love this place! Owner does BEST job on my nails & I have tried everyone locally. Won’t disappoint. I highly suggest not to walk in & only go by appointment. You may have to wait even with an appointment. He does such a fabulous job it is worth it!Service: Acrylic nails

Got walk in appointments on a busy Friday afternoon because our usual place was fully booked. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and tidy the facility was. Trum and Rose? did amazing jobs with the pedicures. Took their time and were really detail-oriented. Will definitely be back.

This is my second time coming and i usually deal with the owner but today i had someone different. She did a great job on the pedicure but the pricing for me to get my finger nail painted was $22! Plus $8 for a sns removal. I can understand the price for removing SNS but $22 for a basic nail polish is mind blowing to me. Then i asked am i being charged for a basic manicure and she stated no. Then i asked how much is a basic manicure and they stated"you did not get manicure you only got Polish". After asking multiple times for a explanation i just gave up. I really feel like they over charged me and i was once excited that i found a new nail salon due to my last one being a bad experience but looks like i will be moving on from this salon and take my business elsewhere:-(Services: Pedicure

All I want to say is the man in that business I guess he’s the owner will never touch my feet again he was rude argumentative and uncooperative! I want what I want and if I’m paying I expect to get it! Every time I asked him to do something he had something to say out of his mouth. I like the tips of my real toenails polished and he kept saying I wanted him to polish my skin under my toes! I have had a young lady that normally do my feet and she knows and does exactly what I want. I don’t know if I will go back. When I say “I will NEVER go anywhere else!!!!” I mean it. I ❤️ Bao an the way he delivers on my nails each an ever time! He never disappoints me. If I have a vision he makes it come to life. It's Monday morning and I came in to get my nails done and a pedicure, Boa was there and did a phenomenal job and our conversation was quite Pleasant he is a very kind and considerate man and I enjoyed the experience tremendously. A sweet lady did my pedicure and she did a fantastic job as well. I will definitely be back I enjoyed the experience very much it was quite relaxing and enjoyable

Awful. Made appointment. Asked to pick color as soon as I sat down. He denied me. I sat there for 20 minutes while he wrapped my nails and I could have been picking a color. Then he rushed me to pick. Then said to leave without my nails finished because I confronted him about rushing me and that I asked to pick color as soon as I got there.In the past I made an appointment and a lady showed up at the same time as me with no appointment. Bow was literally going to do the nails of this lady instead of mine. The only reason he didn’t is because the lady told him I should go first because I have an appointment. He does not value the client’s time. I have been coming to this place since 2017. I will never return. They barely have any colors anyways.
