“I see their commercials on TV all the time. When my back driver’s side window was broken, I decided to call Safelite. I contacted the center in Valley View. The ease of scheduling an appointment was perfect. Straightforward and simple. The availability of a technician was also timely. The day of the appointment, the technician provided a time when he would be there. When he arrived, he wa courteous, friendly, and professional. He installed the glass and provided instructions to follow. It didn’t take a long time to replace the glass. Hopefully I wont have anymore windows damaged but if I do, I will call Safelite! I highly recommend their company.”
“The outer pane of our front living room window broke. Glass Doctor came out the day after I called them to quote the work. They had the replacement double pane insert custom made and installed less than 3 weeks later. This was after another local shop quoted me 6 to 8 weeks!The tech did a great job taking care not to damage the wood trim around our oak casement window.”
