Worst Service Ever! They say attempted to deliver. Not a very good attempt! Now off to Majestic Parkway to Pick up a Package they failed to Deliver. Nice we do their Job and they still get Paid! Huh!

My package was suppose to arrive 2/2/24. Ryan (I asked for the name at the facility) marked as incorrect address. Which it was a correct address. I received an email saying they was going to try again 2/5/24. Same person Ryan marked as Customer not available or business closed. Which I was home. So I decided to drive up to the fedex Bedford location as soon as they open. (8:30am) 2/6/24 Talked with Reida who was very nice. Told her it might be hard for him to find the house because my address is on the side of the house but the front of the house has this address. I go right back home and now I’m looking out the window. And my phone goes off (10:55am) . I review an email. Say delayed. Clicked link. “ Customer not available or business closed”they was going to try again 2/7/2024. Ryan never came to the house or even drove down the street. My neighbor also had cameras. (Another update from cameras later ) Plus I was looking out the window. So I drove back up to fed ex. (11:20am ) She (reida) calls someone asked them to reroute back to the house. Now I’ve been waiting and I’m still currently looking out the window. I’ll Give another update if he does really come to the house. But it’s currently 1pm.

I said I would never buy from a company that ships with FedEx but my dumb azz did it again. I had an order which was scheduled for Friday but I got an email stating that my order was being shipped today, on Thursday. I used pto to leave work and come get the package but according to the message I received it was delayed. So peep this, not only did I use up my pto to receive the package that never came but they said I can't come and pick up the package from FedEx. So basically they're gonna try to deliver it again and nobody will be here to receive it. So not only did I use up the time that I could've used to come and meet the carrier for my shipment I also can't pick it up according to them. MY ADVICE WOULD BE TO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH FEDEX AGAIN, THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!

If you think all FedEx locations are the same you would be very wrong. This location is the absolute worst. Every time i go to this store i wait 10 to 15 minutes for anyone to come to the counter. I eventually resort to ignoring the handwritten sign encouraging patience and climb over the divider to bang on the back door. Last time i did this a frustrated employee informed me that they were watching us in the back on the cameras. To which i asked, "why didnt you just come to the door?" She replied, "we are too busy to run up to the front every customer and they usually wait for a couple to pile up before they come to the front". Needless to say, i am spending a lot more money with UPS since that interaction.

I still haven't received my package the drivers don't call or attemp to knock on the door . I have been inconvenience for the second time like my time ain't valuable this is ridiculous. You are going to end up with a lawsuit if I don't get my package

I do not recommend FedEx. Their customer service is worthless. They told me that this location would be open on Saturdays and Sundays until 5pm. I went a whole half hour out of the way to pick up a package. I went to pick it up because it requires a signature and I work all day. I would never be there to sign for it. I've tried calling customer service several times. There was no option to connect me with a representative. I asked several times to transferred. The automated system would not connect me. I have to try to go all of the way out there again in hopes that my package would be there. This is awful. I will not be using them for delivery purposes in the future.

FIX YOUR PARKING LOT!!! This is ridiculous and unacceptable for a multi billion dollar company. Unless you want to pay the car repairs.

I’m glad I got my package but when it’s raining, put it between the doors. It’s not that hard to do so. Now the box is all wet and soggy. Thankfully the contents aren’t wet. But this is ridiculous.

My live animals arrived healthy on every occasion. They were prompt, but need to up date their tracking system computer program. The poor lady had the hardest time due to faulty computer issues. I reccomend this place.

Delivery driver lied. Left note on the door, never rang the doorbell Said a signature was needed. Customer service isn’t any help, Overseas, no local store number. Horrible drivers I wish I knew his name.
