I bought a new washer/dryer online, and it was apparently assigned to this store. During delivery, the driver called to inform me that one of the units was unboxed and dented. He said the store told him that I bought it that way, which was a blatant lie. After refusing the damaged delivery, I had to call the main line twice over the next 3 days to find out what to do next. Today, the store finally called, and my two options were wait an unspecified amount of time for a new one (which is what I paid for) to come in, or take the scratch and dent floor model for 20% off.I chose Option 3 - cancel the order, and never shop here again.

Large selection of houseplants! Some of them are in bad shape, but there's an okay clearance and normal prices are not bad and usually have cute pots with it. You might even get lucky with a thicc Bonsai haha

I have been on hold for 39 minutes waiting to speak to a manager. I bought a picnic table and it has a dent on the top, when we opened the box. Very unhappy with service, no one has picked up phone since my first person. I paid 25.00 to have someone pick it up for me since it won’t fit in my suv, now on hold 49 minutes, still no one has answered ???

This is the worst Lowes of all time. Nobody cares. Nobody wants to help. Nobody knows what is going on. I bought a lawn mower. Was told would be delivered next day. No delivery arrived. When I called, I was transferred 4 times, only to be met with an individual who didn't know what happened, or an ETA on when I would receive what I had purchased. The corporate number and customer service isn't much better. Still have no lawn mower, and am now out 2400 bucks. How is this legal? How can a consumer pay for a product, but the product never gets into the consumer's hands? Isn't that considered theft? This Bedford location is a joke. Lowes is filled with employees who do not know what is going on, are unknowledgeable about anything that is sold in the store, and when confronted about an issue, they bury their heads in the sand and keep an eye on that clock for clock out time. Will be getting my money back, and shopping ANYWHERE ELSE. DO NOT GO TO LOWES, ESPECIALLY THIS ONE!!!!!

It's amazing how they run the store literally everyone hides away when they see you coming for help no one is really concerned about helping customers ,very poor customer service . Lowes definitely need to step up with their operations

The customer service department has 2 speeds, STOP and REVERSE. No one has any idea what is going on. One girl left to find my order, returned, said she was going on break and handed off the task to the other useless customer service girl. My order was suppose to be in 3-7 days. This is day 8 and they now say all of my order has not arrived at the store. One guy sat in a chair for over 40 min, never moved. Lowes should look into why in the hell are they paying that dude. So to the manager and employees in customer service at this store,... I will be back in 10 days to pick up my order. You should deliver my order to my home free of charge, due to ignorance and stupidity on the part of your customer service employees. I wish I took their names so I could specifically mention the overpaid non working employees.

Lowe's store on Miles Road is substandard. We ordered custom made windows on Apr 16 and was told they would be in June 6. Went to the store June 8 to check to see why windows weren't in. Windows were delivered to the store on May 24 . We never received a call that they were in. They were sitting in the store for two weeks. How long would they have been sitting in the store without them contacting us. We received no help loading nine windows in the truck except for another customer going into the store who stopped to help loading the windows. In the meantime, employees were walking outside and never made any attempt to help. We are in our mid 70's. Employees ar that store are lazy and not helpful.

The Appliance department does a terrible job. I ordered a stove and refrigerator was told my appliances would be delivered together on a certain date I waited for delivery called day of and was informed that they had one but not the other. I ended up ordering a Different set for same price. I tried Lowe's once again purchasing a washer and dryer once again was told appliances was in the store and would delivered on June 1st. I called delivery on the first one of the appliances was not on hand and would not be in until Thursday and would be delivered on Friday. I called delivery no answer and no call. Im certainly not shopping at the store for anything. Poor service

Worse, customer service ever. Everyone runs away when they see you looking for help. They have a bunch of teenage kids acting like fools. Very unprofessional and unorganized. You can never reach anyone by phone. Management never follows up, corporate is just as bad.

It's difficult to believe that a store can be this bad. It is perpetually understaffed and under stocked. The lines are always long. They kind of have you though because they don't have any nearby competition. Every single time I go to this store I hope for a better experience, but they have consistently let me down for 15 years.

The service in this store, and especially the Window and Doors department is beyond deplorable. I have called the main number numerous times to address the failures to follow up, ship, and obtain quotes for my orders. They just let the phone ring without even picking it up. I got a live person on one call, and requested to speak with the store manager. No answer, no voicemail, nothing. I've had good experiences at other Lowe's stores. You should find one of them! If I could assign a negative number of stars, I would. The Bedford Heights Lowe's is consistently horrible. I will say that Mark Coolidge in the Window and Door department is conscientious and responsible. I have found no one else in store who can be relied upon.

Bedford Heights Lowe's: I called for an estimate to install a kitchen backsplash and it took a number of calls but finally got through. Booked the estimate, the person came out . Everything was fine then the issues started. I called them no less than 20 times to get a copy of the estimate and to get timing for the install and to try to book the install but could not reach anyone. Left my name numerous times but no call back. I finally called the corporate headquarters and they were helpful. They called me back after trying to reach someone with no success, but did give me another number to call and said the store said they would call me. Store didn't call so my wife dropped by and got a copy of the estimate and the name of the person to speak with(person was not there but a manager gave her the name. Manager could not book the install or provide any info). Called again and I was told to call between 2:30pm and 11PM. Called 7 more times that evening as directed and no answer. Reached the operator a few times and she said they were at lunch, must be busy, took my name one time and again no call back. Only an $1,800 job but you'd think they would at least call me back or answer their phone. I'M DONE with this store so Just called the Lowe's in Streetsboro and they answered right away and the person was very friendly, but said I need to start the quote process from the beginning. Said the free quote period is over so need to come by the store to book a measurement and pay the measurements fee (can only take Lowe's credit cards over the phone and cannot use the other Lowe's quote to book (unfortunately this will take 2 more hours of my time and pushes the project back a month).

Can I give it no stars? When I called to speak with someone (after my online order was still not in even though it was well past the 7 days listed online) the person told me it had been shipped 2 days ago except that the person I spoke to the week before told me it had shipped 2 days ago and that was 5 days ago. So they never, ever told me it was a special order until I called to find out when it would be coming and on the second call, offered no solutions or any help at all, nor any apology. I went there to find some paint. It was early Sunday morning. There was no one in the paint section. There was another customer ahead of me who told me that this Lowe's was the WORST ever! The young woman who helped me get paint was lovely, but she was not the "manager" I spoke to on the telephone about my online order. So apparently it is a total crap shoot when it comes to shopping at the Bedford Lowe's. Good Luck, you're going to need it if you shop there, especially if you order online and expect the stuff you've ordered to actually arrive on time.

The service at Lowe's really has deteriorated. I purchased a garbage disposal over a week ago and also paid for the installation. A week and a half later no one has called me to schedule the installation. My wife called two days ago to inquire. She was told they would check and call her back...tick tick tick...still waiting!
