We at Innove had an extremely positive experience with our Move For Less Team! Edwin Morales, along with his team members absolutely knocked the cover off the ball with our move! They were on-time, extremely professional and very careful. In addition to this, the team had an incredible work ethic! I used this company before and had no issues so I decided to use them again. This was the worst decision of my life. I had two movers and they damaged my fireplace TV stand. They were so nonchalant about it and told me to just file a claim. I filed the claim and I was told that their insurance does not cover the damage. I would never recommend his company to anyone. Please save yourself the trouble and find another moving company. I will never use this company again.

Excellent experience! I had a last-minute move within Solon (just 3 miles away), and they showed up the very next morning at 8:30 AM—right on time. They were punctual, efficient, and reasonably priced—qualities you rarely get all at once. These guys delivered on all fronts. Highly recommend!

I moved on Friday, Nov. 15th and had a good experience. They accommodated a last-minute reschedule, have competitive pricing, and are very responsive. Ed, Curtis, and Tommy did a good job moving us. They arrived on-time, worked fast, and were professional. My only complaint is that some of my larger pieces of furniture have been marked from their 2-wheel cart. They did apologize and credit a small discount to the bill so they made it right. I would like to see the larger items moved with 2 men next time, or by 1 man with moving blankets, instead of 1 man without protecting corners/ edges. All in all the service was good and I would consider hiring Move 4 Less again.

I used Move For Less to move furniture from basement to first floor and garage. The communication was excellent starting with the estimate to the finish. The movers were professional and very careful. And the cost was very reasonable. I am pleased with their service and would use them again.
