Staff suck! Well lite skin chick that help me was cool but the I guess manager or who ever she was was rude starring me up in down like I can't afford the shoes first off didn't ask for discount so didn't need her sorry azz help of disrespect and eyeballing kid shoes over priced and it's sad to have bad customer service when spending 130 on a pair of shoe! Should have left the shoes there after having the experience I had and took my money elsewhere! That lady is a bad look for you all store!

Been going to this place since it was Chagrin River on Shaker Square. Always Class A customer service, up-to-date trends, and a overall good atmosphere. Was trying to find my son Air Force 1's size 14, tried 12 shoe stores and nobody had them. Went here, found them, out the door in minutes. True Cleveland landmark, go check them.out!

They sell plenty through the Frenzy App, however their policies and fine print are not visible on the purchase page. After declining to take delivery of my package due to high brokerage fees, the package was sent back to the seller. THEIR RESTOCKING FEE IS 35%. THAT'S RIGHT. 35%. It would have been cheaper to pay the brokerage fees but at that point it's hard not to take things personally. Keep the 35%, you lost a customer for life.
