Speedway is a convenient stop, especially for drivers in need of a restroom. The store itself is often noted as nice and clean. Staff is usually great, polite, nice, fun, and very respectful. They are always dealing with a huge line and staying calm while helping customers get everything they need. However, a significant and repeated issue is the condition of the bathrooms. The toilets are frequently described as disgustingly destroyed and locked with padlocks, which is seen as inconsiderate. While the staff are caring and do a great job, they sometimes face rude customers who attack them over small things. The public sometimes has issues, but the workers are commended for not letting it get them down. The business is appreciated for having such good people working with the public.

Very helpful cashier. He went above and beyond. People like this are hard to find in the Customer Service Field. SPEEDWAY YOU MUST HAVE AN AWARD PENDANT FOR STAFF LIKE THIS! Wear it for a week, rotate through the staff ( IT FACTOR! RIBBON)
