Very pleased with the experience. Sales was willing to work with me and even came back out for a re-design when I had a different idea 24 hours after ordering. Solid surface shower install completed as planned in one day one month earlier than expected. Old shower removed to the studs and new shower installed- absolutely gorgeous. Alex and DJ did a great job- on time, professional, and courteous.

According to the agreement and contract signed between me and Bath Authorities, they did not complete my project yet! They had made an appointment for the installation of the bathroom, but after breaking down my existing walk in shower and after opening the box of the shower panel, it was cracked, broken and the sliding glass door was wrong item, because I had ordered a frosted glass but they brought a clear glass. So they couldn’t complete my bathroom since last week Saturday. I am waiting for them to finish my bathroom installation and complete my project.

We had a tub converted to a shower and are very happy and pleased with the whole experience, from the salesman Rob to the installers Dave and Kenny. We had a few final touches which Jay took care of the very next day! All were courteous and friendly and professional, answered all our questions and left everything clean!

Great experience with Tom, Jaime and Kevin. On time and professional. Interaction with them was pleasant all around. We sat and at lunch with them. Had a good time chatting too! Great work guys!!! Thanks again!!!

I have just read about some of the horror stories connected to The Bath Authority. My husband and I have not experienced any problems with the company. Jenny the sales rep was very informative with us and explained everything that we were getting and what would be done to our satisfaction. We just had our walk in shower installed yesterday. Pete and Keith who were the installers were very professional, courteous, informative, answered any questions that we had and explained anything we didn't understand. It took them less than a day and a half and if they had not run into a plumbing issue that was not their problem, they would have been done even sooner. They cleaned everything up when they left and you would not even be able to tell they were here. I know it is early to tell much but so far we are happy with the company, the rep, and definitely Pete and Keith!

Our walk in shower was just finished by Brian Lane and his work was perfect, He was very professional and kept us informed as he proceeded thru the installation.

We just recently had our new shower installed by Nick of Bath Authority and couldn't be happier with the finish product! Nick was very knowledgeable, polite, and straightforward throughout the entire project. He was challenged with a very tight area of work space as our bathroom is not very big. Not only did he complete the entire job by himself in a timely manner, he exceeded our expectations. Thank you again Nick for your expertise on a job well done!

Very unacceptable still at 10 o'clock P. M. The guys are still at my mother's house. Would Think after a certain time of the day they would stop and come back the following day. But my mother being 78 years old they was there after 10pm. Is very unacceptable the mess they left in the yard.
Piling up all of debris 3. When there was trash cans available for them to put the smaller stuff in. Instead, they just piled it all up in a pile for my Mother to have to clean up now is very unacceptable. I feel somebody from the company should reach out to me and my mother on the experience that we had to deal with having this bathroom to put in. What's what we experienced? With what we experienced once Star is even for the performance.
Of what my mother had to go through. And again like I said now at 10:30 PM. They're still there.
Which is which is very, very, very unacceptable.

Tom and Kevin were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The install went a little long but that was because they had to do some extra plumbing work. The supply lines were shared with a vanity in an adjacent room. Tom also had to do extra work due to some age defects in the drain line. The installers get a 5. The reason for the overall rating of a 4 is because the shower door that was ordered was not sent with the installers. We are waiting to be notified when we will receive the door. The quality of the shower materials are excellent.

Danial was polite, professional and friendly. He did an amazing job transforming my showers! His focus was on perfection and he did a beautiful job. Everything about the process exceeded my expectations. I absolutely LOVE them!
