Extremely dissatisfied as I have been fighting a battle with these people for 2 months after nearly one of my windows installed with chips, scratches, or dings in them, had 2 techs out to take pictures of the imperfections, only to be told they need more pictures, which I sent, and now told by Ariana G (who refused to give me her last name, told me she was Ariana G, and claims she is the highest person in the company and has no boss or anyone above her for me to speak with), that the manufacturer will replace 1 of the 18 windows that are damaged and the other windows do not qualify. My only option is to pay $149 to have a tech come out (for a THIRD time) to take more pictures to probably just be told they're not sufficient (taking pictures of glass imperfections with their iPad camera). Will be reporting to the BBB and Ohio Attorney General. This was a $16,000 investment in my home and my previous windows were not chipped! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Recently we bought windows and doors from this company. We bought brown trim windows to find out they were painted at the factory before the install. They prepared white windows and painted them brown. Now they are tuning red probably because of the sun. We tried to notify the general manger and got no response. So we have about $20,000 worth of windows that all the paint is coming off and turning red and faded in color.. the main reason why we bought new windows were because of the new brown trim work. Now they look worst than the old windows that we had replaced. We are very upset that this company won’t even get back to us about some credit or even replaced the windows. So be careful people, we got ripped off and screwed. We will never refer this company to anyone. Worst company ever.
Think twice before purchasing anything from this company.

We are very happy with the custom bay window and sliding door work from Universal Windows Direct! Every member of the team from sales to install was kind and professional. We faced a few scheduling challenges due to weather, but the team was very quick to resolve any issues and provided excellent personal customer service. Thank you to the team for their hard work!

Nate and his crew replaced 15 windows on our house efficiently and professionally. Well done! They arrived on time and installed all windows in a timely fashion. Nate explained how to operate the windows and everything was cleaned up neatly. New windows look great.
